Drivers door lock actuator was constantly jamming, plus getting a low coolant warning light even after filling reserve tank. Door lock actuator needed replacement, plus new radiator and hoses, all good now.

My entire family uses this company even though we live in different cities which in itself is such a strong statement about what a good company this is. I always feel like they communicate with me without any sort of manipulation about what needs to be done on my car. Preferred replaced the starter motor and did a complete overhaul / replacement of the AC compressor, condenser, engine mounts and drive belt in my aging Honda. I was happy to receive an overlapping labor discount and Preferred kindly diagnosed and rectified a simple check engine light issue at no extra cost. Preferred brought new life to my aging Honda at very fair price and did it quickly. I’m very satisfied with my overall experience at Preferred.

We’ve been going to preferred for years, and my husbands family had been for years before we as a couple started using them ourselves. Excellent service, professionalism, and trustworthiness. First time there and they came up with a bunch of items that needed to be fixed. They said they were going to send me the quote to see how much it was going to cost but I never received anything. One of things that needed to fix are my breaks. I took my car to another place and they told me my breaks were still good. So yeah not sure if they are really trustworthy.
