When you bring your Domestic or European vehicle in to an auto technician at our shop, they can perform all the manufacturer's scheduled maintenance services listed in your owner's manual.
Oil is the lifeblood of your vehicle. Proper lubrication of all the moving parts means less gas is wasted on overcoming internal friction and more of it is transferred to the tires and wheels to get the vehicle going. Eventually, oil and the vehicle's other lubricants require replacement because the fluids break down over time and become less effective.

I went in to get an alignment on my car and to have them check my transmission fluid. They aligned my car for a decent price and checked my transmission fluid for free. I am not too familiar with cars and I often feel vulnerable going into auto shops because I lack the knowledge of knowing if I'm getting ripped off or not. Here, I felt comfortable and pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

I got a flyer to get a discount for a smog test so I went in to get my smog test and they examined my engine and they said three of my belts were cracking and my battery was leaking and my front brakes only had 3 mm left on the pads so they put new rotors with brakes which is included in a package and I got my smog test and I replace the three belts and they put in a new battery and they drove me to and from my home and I was very professional and well done they even showed me my worn out parts that came out of my car that they replaced and I was very happy with their professionalism and they&apos

I just went for a smog check and was shocked by how good their customer service was. Brought a second car back for another smog the same day and may be returning for some other routine maintenance service. Very honest also brought me out to the car to show me what the identified during inspection I would trust them with any of my cars.

But, I wouldn't trust the alignment /suspension guy, he has recommended with surety service that didn't fix the problem... When I called it out, covered themselves that they also recommended front end pw rack, another super expensive job... I later took it to Cuevas tires and they aligned (after Trustlane alignment and back shocks and recommend front end hella work), and the car was good... Do not get front

This review is long overdue, but my vehicle has been running great ever since I had the work done at Trustlane about 4 months ago. It was not fun driving my car before the repairs and now I am enjoying driving it again. I am new to the area and need to find a place to get a smog check. Oh I found them because they're near me and I've driven by many times. All I needed was the smog check and when I went in they were able to do it right away their waiting room was clean the people were professional and they did the job quickly and efficiently. There was no hard press upsell like there is at other shops. This place is wonderful! I took my car in for a smog check and turned out, I needed an oil change and some filters to be replaced. They took me in without an appointment, were incredibly friendly, and even texted me days later making sure my vehicle was running well. So happy I found a place close to home where I can take my car to get serviced.

I've taken my 05 cruiser into them a couple times now for simple oil change and new tires, excellent service. The latest trip in was a huge bill, some major problems, and I was starting to panic, but they were able to set me up with financing, and even gave me a really nice loaner car while mine was in the shop. Really friendly people, great customer service all around. I highly reccomend these guys

Took car here to fix from an issue I had at a tire place that I won't disclose. Long story short they did not repair the tire thread stud that was brought to fix in the first place, they ran around on the other hand finding what other issues my car had and wanted to charge me a ridiculously amount of 1,700 for repairs. Leaving not noticing the issue wasn't fixed I had to come again for the repair that should have been done the first time, very unpleasant feeling of leaving a place your trust not trusting it.

I went to have a simple tire rotation at America's Tire Center. And they noticed uneven wear on my tires and recommended a tire alignment. They recommended Trustlane Automotive, I went in to Trustlane and spoke with Brenda. Waaaay overpriced. Can probably find a cheaper shop elsewhere with same quality service. Only good thing is they're fast so may be good if you are in a rush to get things done. Got quoted 100% more for part and replacement compared to 2 other shops in Monterey and in Greenfield. Even smog check is overpriced. Btw, I did research and talked to my cousin who is a mechanic, the OEM part I need and having someone replace it does not cost near as much as what they were charging. I dont have time to to back to SoCal to get it replaced by my cousin. My fault for trusting Yelp not doing more research

Finally found a trustworthy mechanic in the area that doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. Trustlane is straight forward and they'll do a full inspection and tell you what needs to be done and what can wait. Their work is guaranteed for 3 years/36,000 miles whichever comes first. And bonus points, they even have complimentary loaner vehicles for their customers to drive while their car is being worked on! I posted a review in regards to my experience with trustlane auto. The owner Juan responded right away. It funny how he seems to try & turn things around & make it the customers fault. MY EXPERIENCE WITH trustlane auto WAS SUBPAR AT THE LEAST. For those who received great results I'm happy for you!! He ended his response with a pleasant comment, however I don't trust anyone who says one thing and does another.

The Trustlane team is honestly the best - if you're in Salinas, look no further. Brenda is wonderful, and went above and beyond to help us when we were in a sticky situation with our car. The people and prices here can't be beat! No wonder they have the best Yelp reviews in Salinas :).

Visited Trustlane Automotive on 4/5/21 for smog check. Great, quick and friendly service. I just showed up and was able to get my truck smogged and completed within 30 minutes. They honored my coupon, transmitted to DMV and gave me my copy for $48.00. Safe and large waiting area. Joel was very welcoming and informative. Highly recommend this business!!

Great and friendly customer service from Brenda and another gentleman from the front desk. Appointments can be made online or over the phone, but aren't completely necessary. Got an alignment for my Honda Accord for $84.00 (used their yelp $5 discount). Waiting room is big so very covid safe. Staff wears mask and sanitizer is provided. I'll use them again for my next alignment.

Fast and efficient service. The team member was courteous and polite answering the phone. No appointment was necessary. Upon arrival within the shop, I was promptly greeting and helped.
Finishing the three cars ahead of me was fast and they started work on my car after a 20 minute wait. Total service time was 10 minutes and I was on the road in 30 minute.
Definitely recommend them and appreciate their professional service.
