If you've ever felt like a complete failure for not being able to stick with your diet-wellness-life-style-change - Alpine Nutrition was created for women just like you! Along the way, I traveled to foreign lands, won a couple of marathons, and picked up a master's degree in holistic nutrition and dietetics - just to have the sciency pieces to round out my own lived experience.
Empowering women to reclaim their authentic beauty & health through great food, outdoor adventures, & community. In the beginning, it's necessary to have more frequent sessions to offer you the most support in this life-changing work. Amanda has taught me to open my eyes to novel approaches to health and nutrition that doesn't focus on superficial things.

Amanda has been an excellent support for me during my intuitive eating and body acceptance journey. With her help I have developed the tools I need to feel at peace with food and myself. I have struggled for 15+ years with yo-yo dieting and punishing myself with over-exercising and I finally feel free from that. She does virtual appointments and was able to accommodate my need for evening visits. Thank you Amanda for your care and support!

When I found Amanda I had just been diagnosed with IBS and I was absolutely dreading starting the low FODMAP diet. Amanda validated my fears and concerns and helped me find ways to still enjoy eating and keep a healthy relationship with food while I dove into the diet. Now that I've finished all my testing and treatment, thanks to her help I now… know how the foods I eat affect my gut and how to balance eating what tastes good and what feels good! Amanda showed great concern for my wellbeing in nutrition and every other aspect of my life that we were able to discuss during our appointments

Amanda has been a ray of light during this pandemic. I invite you to begin this journey and make peace with food, it's definitely worth it. When I first started this journey, I had been in the diet mindset for years and years and wasn't so sure much could help me. BUT working with Amanda has helped me tremendously. Although there were many "learning opportunities" and some anxiety for me throughout the process, I was able to come so far in my journey with making peace with food. I… encourage anyone who has struggled with dieting/food issues to do this program. It really is a life changer and helps us get back to how we were meant to be with food.
