Eating Mindful Nutrition & Wellness
I am Meredith Milton, a Seattle & NYC based nutritionist and mindful eating coach (I also do virtual / online coaching). I help motivated women & men become healthy, happy & confident around food. My mission is to empower women & men to create lives and bodies they love, and to become the very best version of themselves.

I believe beauty starts on the inside - not just on a cellular level, but also on a self-esteem level. I also believe that beauty isn't just about cosmetics and appearance, but also about feeling confident, blissful and vital. Being healthy & whole includes feeling good in, and trusting, our bodies.

Put very simply, it's awareness: non-judgmental awareness of what's happening in the present-moment, both internally and externally, with an attitude of curiosity. It's innate within all of us, some more than others-but like any skill, it can be cultivated and strengthened with practice.

Mindful eating involves paying attention to the actual process of eating as well as to all of the internal and external reasons we choose to eat, both consciously and unconsciously. It involves letting go of rigid food rules and instead using evidence-based nutrition principles in conjunction with information from our body about what to eat and when.
I work one-on-one with a limited number of women & men who are fully committed to their journey of optimizing thier capacity for health & happiness. I am currently offering virtual nutrition coaching and mindful eating / intuitive eating coaching. This means you will develop a confident relationship to food where you feel in control while also feeling healthy in your body and comfortable in your skin.
What if you no longer obsessed about food and/or your weight? How would you feel if you were able to "figure out" how to function without overeating / emotional eating /binge eating?. This six week online group will give you the support and tools to create a healthy relationship to food and your body through mindfulness and intuitive eating.
We live in a toxic world, and are exposed to many toxins on a daily basis: environmental, drinking water, food (pesticides, additives, dyes, chemicals), household cleaners, personal care products, and the list goes on. In addition, everyday physiological processes such as energy production, digestion and hormone synthesis create waste products that, if not discarded, interfere with the function of our internal organs.
The very first step towards intuitive eating is to become super clear about where on the path you currently stand. Once you have this clarity (and accept where you are!) you can move forward with a new approach. The next step on the path is to start learning and applying the SKILLS and MINDSETS of being an intuitive eater / mindful eater.

Once in a blue moon you find an expert who is truly exactly what you need. Meredith is a diet strategist who knows how to help me re-wire my thinking around food and become more aware of my eating patterns so they can be successfully disrupted. I'm only a month or so into working with her, but she is an absolute font of knowledge and a pleasure too.

Meredith has helped me in a lot of different ways. I had approached her seeking help related to my diet and nutrition but I got much more than that. Her approach focuses on overall well being of both mind and body. I have always struggled with yo-yo dieting, cravings and stress. After working with her not only have I lost 15 pounds but have a lot more energy now, stress free life and a healthy relationship with food. I'm grateful that I said yes to investing in myself.

I am so happy to have found Meredith! Before working with Meredith I was having a lot of digestive issues & fatigue associated with my Hypothyroidism. I struggled to lose weight for over a year & my medication alone did not seem to help. I tried EVERYTHING to lose weight. After working with her for a few months, I lost 13 pounds, gained more energy, & my digestion improved - all which enabled me to run two 5Ks! I also discovered that I do have some food sensitivities that have caused me to not feel my best. I have really loved Meredith's mindset approach as well. She has introduced

I am extremely happy to have Meredith as my nutritionist. She has a very unique approach to nutrition. She sees it very holistically and examines the psychological aspect of it, which is usually overlooked by other nutrition professionals. She has a very casual style and has told me many wise things about food that have stuck with me. I also participated in her Intuitive Eating Group and that was a wonderful experience. Before attending the Intuitive Eating Group, I used to see a lot of foods as my enemies. After the group, I realized that all of them are my partners in providing me energy and

I concur. Meredith is awesome. It's an awesome approach. She knows a lot about the cognitive/mindful approach to being healthy I'm so glad I am able to talk to her about my issues with food and digestion.

She's thoughtful when we talk and I couldn't appreciate it more.

Meredith is awesome. I have been to other nutritionists before but none of them helped me deal with my diet issues emotionally which is something I really appreciate about my sessions with her. Also, she taught me how to use my intuition and my body to get a better sense of which foods would agree with me or not. I definitely recommend her for anyone needing a diet change or help with food related issues in general. You rock!

Before coming to Eating Mindful, I was struggling with a lot of emotional stress, and unhappiness that were not fully cured through my various visits to doctors. I was also looking to eat healthier because my diet mainly consisted of processed foods that were high in fat, carbohydrates, sodium, and other unhealthy ingredients. I tended to rush through eating and saw it as "another activity to soak up time in my day." I wasn't sleeping well at night and found it hard to fall asleep when it was time to get some rest.

Ever since I started going I have dramatically altered my day
