This is an updated review after around 8 months of living here:
PROS:
-it’s right downtown, within walking distance of many food options
-the staff is very friendly and responsive. They really keep up with building service and service requests are answered almost immediately. They also have an emergency line.
-price. For living downtown and having a washer/dryer in my unit, it’s a pretty good cost.
-I NEVER hear my neighbors. It’s almost like a ghost building sometimes, lol.
CONS:
-parking. The parking lot is open and unsupervised. There is nowhere within site to park for free (meters

I currently live in Station 121 and really like it. Lots of cool spaces & restaurants to walk to like the Sculpture Park, Malo, Exile, etc. I can't hear any of my neighbors ever which is really nice. New appliances, big windows, and vinyl floors that are easy to clean. It is an older building so heating and cooling tends to be a little more expensive than newer more efficient buildings. Utilities and trash are not included in rent and so it's a little expensive but you're paying for the neighborhood. It was a rough start with property management but I think it was because they were switching between

I lived in this building for over 2 years. The building is gorgeous and so was my apartment. I absolutely loved the vibe and fixtures of my apartment; it had high ceilings, big windows, good appliances. However, the property management leaves so much to be desired. In the 3.5 years I lived in a downtown Hubbell apartment building, there were something like 6 different property managers. This created absolute chaos when trying to communicate things. They messed up our lease on multiple occasions and would regularly go back on what a different manager had said just a month prior. The apartment is
