Kingwood Management is a supplemental tool to an association's Board of Directors and community. We act as an advisory agent to the Board, assist with the management and enforcement of the governing documents (as directed by the Board), and provide a third-party customer-service contact for the homeowners.
Need a Hand with Home Repairs? Putting off home repairs because you haven't had the time, the right tools or you don't know who to call? Kingwood Management has a full time staff of maintenance personnel that are capable of completing any maintenance task assigned. Our maintenance staff can complete most plumbing, electrical, carpentry and/or painting tasks.

Decent. Nice and remodeled but the tub is so loud it's terrible having to take a shower and I feel bad for the people below me. Pretty expensive considering the rent and it doesn't even include a deck or a garage. Laundry room is the worst. The dryers and only $1 but you end up spending at least $5 to dry and it takes 5times longer than it should because you have to dry everything 5 times. Its been like that for 2 years and you never seen maintenance man around here or anything...My neighbors are super cool and friendly though!

I rented from Kingwood for almost four years. The townhome I lived in was amazing, I rarely had any maintenance issues except once and they came out the next day to fix it. They are very professional. Upon moving out I got my deposit back quickly. I’m sad to leave my place and if I wasn’t moving states I would of stayed here for much longer. Thank you Kingwood for making renting a breeze, I will miss you all!

Three plus years of their unit leaking into mine, multiple bathroom leaks at toilet, shower. a water heater leak, a furnace leak, their maintenance crew couldn't find the shower leak nor could their plumber. even after i took out my bathroom ceiling. they refuse to do anything about the tenant that operate their bathroom and doesn't say anything when the know things are leaking. we are now dealing with leaks in the second bathroom. it's every other week for three + years now.

They're doing a great job keeping professional and safe during covid, the whole process has been quick, easy and well explained. They've been quick to answer any questions or concerns I've had and have me feeling confident as I go in to get my keys tomorrow. I've gone through some poor property managements but this is NOT one of those.

Keep having late fees appearing on my monthly statement, which is impossible since they are on autopay and I always have money in my checking. Regardless of telling them this REPEATEDLY the HOA won't remove the late fees and it's been almost a year since I first contacted them about it. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews on here these people are not at all helpful, kind, or trustworthy. They are like the TRUMP of HOAs, you would literally be better off with any other choice!

Ive rented with Kingwood for seven years. Communication is key. They supply the major things needed to maintain your property. They were awesome. Any maintenance issues was resolved same day. Appliance replacement completed done same day. I never wanted to move. If i move back to MN i would most definitely rent with them again.

I would give a negative one million if I could've. That might be generous. Kingwood Management is pure evil! Their owner is a lying theif. We had water damage on our first floor unit

A year later they replaced the roofs but will take no responsibility for fixing my ceiling.A board member has harrased my family egged our car multiple times, broke a windshield. We had to get a restraining order against him. The President of the Association had our car towed saying it was abandoned even though the he has seen my Husband driving it many times. It was driven
