Dr. Clark is always kind and understanding. She does an incredible job managing hormonal/cystic acne — she has done what no other derm has done and kept my cystic acne under control for the last 3 years, which is a feat in itself. In 2021 I had a ruptured cyst on my back and she took me in for an emergency appointment (scheduled over text!) and removed it painlessly. And now I’m getting Botox as suggested by my dentist for TMJ, Dr. Clark was thorough as always during the consultation and examination, then painlessly and quickly injected to suit my jaw’s needs. Thank god for Dr. Clark!!!

Review on customer service. Dr Clark is a good doctor, however the scheduling staff has made terrible mistakes. Had my appointment canceled twice because the doctor wasn’t going to be in office the day of my appointment. This was done 2 days prior to my appointment, and I had a time sensitive product that needs to be used. I asked specifically to be given a day that the doctor would be in, and was assured my appointment time would be with the doctor. And again 2 days prior to my appointment I was told she would not be in office. And when I asked if she could just stay one hour later than her

I was nervous about a symptom as I have had skin cancer (which Dr. Clark had discovered in past). She and her assistant were great at reassuring me that I was right to bring up the matter yet not to worry (this time wasn’t anything scary). It’s nice to see a doctor who not only dresses well and looks great, yet also really knows her subject, has a great bedside manner and has really good staff working with her.

My first experience seeing Dr. Clarke went great! Check in was a breeze, the staff were friendly and attentive, and there was little waiting time. I’m glad a lot of paperwork was mostly online so it saved a lot of time. The check up went well and she was kind, listened to your concerns, and very professional to let you know what’s going on and gave options for treatment. I highly recommend going to her.

Dr. Clarke is a gift from the cosmetic Gods! I did the Kybella treatment for my double chin which was my problem area and I’m only 7 weeks out and the results are amazing! I love what I see and I love that I took a dive into getting cosmetic work done! If you’ve ever wanted to make yourself feel better on the outside as you do on the inside, GET IT DONE! I simply cannot be happier with Dr. Clark and her staff. I am a woman in my early 40's, so I take my skincare regimen seriously. Helping solve my ongoing adult acne issue is one example: She helped me overcome the 10-year issue with incredible success. (I had been in the care of multiple doctors and tried several skincare regimens to remedy the situation, to no avail.) Her passion, sensitivity, and knowledge is incredible and I am so grateful I found her. Dr. Clark is amazing. She has been my dematologist for over four years. It is clear she is passionate about providing the highest quality of care. She always makes me feel at ease while serving all of my skin concerns with compassion. She is truly an expert in her field. Her staff is excellent, efficient and kind. I saw the doctor in May while NYC was still on lockdown. Although I was the only patient in the office, they made me wait 40 minutes, and when I asked they told me that they were doing a super deep clean of the room before they saw me. See my photos for confirmation that no cleaning had been done in a very long time. Total squalor. After removing a mole, the nurse slapped on a bandaid, putting the adhesive directly onto the open wound. When I said something she adjusted it slightly, and gave me an attitude when I asked for a new bandaid. The doctor meanwhile was trying to sell me on her expensive

I have been seeing Dr. Clark for nearly 20 years. She has consistently been a reliable source to solve my medical or cosmetic needs, and one of few doctors that I have chosen to maintain such a consistent relationship. She is factual and does not push any type of treatments and I trust her expertise. Aside from Dr. Clark's own medical credentials, her demeanor and patience is comforting. The nurses and office staff are also particularly helpful and supportive, making any visit as convenient as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Clark for any dermatological help you may need.

This person called Doctor, just wants money, First her staff that works with, they are very disrespectful. I paid for The Kybella that didnt work, because she didnt inyecting me the liquid or the rigth amount, and she overcharged me...I know this for fact, bcause I went to the prestigious Plastic Cirujano and he toldme, what she did...I encorage ppl that have a bad experience like me with this Doctor to denounce Dr. CLARK and speak out, because she is a FRAUD.

Dr. Sheryl Clark has been my dermatologist for many, many years. I have referred four people to her and they have returned to her multiple times. Dr. Clark is a very patient, and thorough dermatologist. She takes her time with each patient and doesn't just rush you out of the room with a prescription. All of the staff are friendly and quick on their feet. I have had multiple procedures at her office (Ear Piercing, CoolSculpting, etc.). She also has her own skin care line that I use as well. I highly recommend Dr. Clark to anyone looking for a dermatologist in Manhattan.

I've been to so many different dermatologists looking for answers to my skin issues (mainly cystic acne). I still remember in my first appointment, she asked me 'When do you need to be clear by?' and I thought 'When? I haven't been clear in 20 years and you think it's a matter of when?' Dr. Clark did not let me down - she didn't go through the standard treatments like most doctors do and found something that worked for me almost immediately. First visit over one year ago, second and final visit today, 7/15/14. There is a reason for this.
During the first appointment she and her staff were rushed, she wouldn't answer all of my questions--appointments cover one patient issue and only one patient issue, i.e., a body check of moles and freckles or an acne issue/concern but not both, that requires a second appointment.
For both appointments I was shown to a patient room 15-20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and waited a further 10 minutes to be seen by Dr Clark.
The receptionist, Mickey, was less than courteous both

I am not sure what it is with New York dermatologists, but I have had no luck so far finding a decent one in the Upper East Side area! I saw amazing ones in Miami and was very happy with their knowledge and professionalism for many years.

I went to get a coolsculpting for my stomach with a voucher I bought for 800. Although everyone was nice- I don't think the procedure did anything- I mean nothing. I did however experience a lot of pain afterwards- so much more than I was told. We had to start the machine twice because it was soooooo painful. The doc gave me I think a valum but I didn't do much. It was worse than surgeries I have had. For almost a month I was in pain- numb and anything that touched my stomach hurt- even clothes. I've been going to Dr. Clark for two years now and could not be happier. I am acne-free for the first time since I was 11. I've had things removed from my face a few times now, and I never felt any pain or was left with any scars. She's by far the best dermatologist I've ever seen, and I've seen PLENTY over the years. Everyone in the office is great, too.
