Lena A. Ladenheim, R.N., B.S.N., is originally from Philadelphia and received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Public Relations & Advertising from Towson University. She then completed her accelerated second Bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing at NYU's Rory Meyer College of Nursing where she was on the Dean's List and was the key student speaker at her commencement ceremony.
Ally brings over 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics to Marmur Medical. Skilled with advanced training from The YonKa Paris Institute and several other aesthetics organizations, she specializes in personalized skincare regimens using MMSkincare cosmetics as well as facial techniques including dermaplaning, peels, and facial toning treatments.

Dr. Rachel Maiman did a great good removing the cyst in my underarm. The only complaint I have is they kept my credit card information and billed my card without sending me the statement or letting me know. When I did receive the bill, it was half of what they billed. Seems unethical. I wouldn't recommend the office, unless you want to get scam.

I went for a scar treatment. I got there and the doctor looked at it and said they did not have the laser needed to treat the scar. The whole thing took less than 5 mins. I was charged $250 for the visit despite them doing no work on me at all. The director of billing was incredibly rude and condescending. Belittled me for not having health insurance. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Beware that if you make an appointment you will not necessary see a physician. A physician assistant with limited medical knowledge will be the one prescribing and treating you Aleut limited experience and not a medical degree. Normally a physician supervises the PA but a physician will not be to found at the location. The staff is not nice and very bill happy. They will collect 300 dollars for you to walk in the door and bill your insurance for I am not sure of what service. There are plenty of other dermatology practice where you will actually see a dermatologist. Go if you just want cosmetic

I have a rare, scary, autoimmune condition and her expertise and competance in this area put my mind at rest from day one. Today I had the best experience of my life in a doctor’s office. Jennifer Schloth (PA) was fantastic - attentive and educational. So was the assistant in the room with us. Both truly listened to me and my concerns, and together we discussed next steps. I have never met a medical professional like this before, one who actually listened and cared about what I had to say. Not to mention, the office is beautiful and the woman working at the front desk was also extremely kind and quick. 10/10 experience. I have already recommended all my friends to this practice.

Dr Marmur was exceptional! As a medical doctor myself, I actually had high expectations knowing the caliber of her medical background and she surpassed them! She was extremely knowledgeable and skilled but what really impressed me was how thorough she was with my exam and even addressed some concerns that I in fact had but had not raised during this visit. My daughter was a new patient to this facility for Dr. Rachel Maiman. I took my daughter based on the great reviews the doctor had on an app called ZocDoc and it was the best choice by far. Dr. Rachel Maiman is very down to earth and very caring towards her patients. She knows what she’s doing and she gets the job done. Straight forward with everything that you need to know on how to treat any skin problems you’re experiencing. My daughter is very happy that her skin condition is cured and pretty back to normal. The staff at Marmur are incredible. I especially love Lena and Arlene, who are hilarious and take the time to effectively communicate and expedite every visit. Dr. Marmur and Dr. Maiman are truly wonderful. I am a patient and I have referred my mother and many friends here for medical concerns as well as cosmetics. Fernando at the front is so accommodating every time we need to make an appt. even if it's last minute. We've never had to wait. My mom needed to be seen during Covid and the office protocols are better than any other office out there. Dr. Maiman took her time with my mom to address her concerns and answer all of her questions. Dr Marmur has a gentle touch and a great eye. She thought of things to do that I hadn't even considered, but were perfect for the results I wanted. Her judgement is spot on. Well worth it!!
I went back for fillers for sagging under eyes and frown lines. I couldn't be more pleased. She always makes the experience pleasant and the results are gorgeous!! Highly recommend!!

Another annual Dermatology Exam. I'm not going to reiterate details that I wrote in my previous reviews. I've been going annually. The service I receive has improved over time. Wait time is minimal both in the waiting room and naked sitting on the table waiting for the doctor to arrive. I can't say enough about how kind the doctors assistant is. Wonderful patient listener. They take detailed notes on a tablet and photos for their records too.

I thought she was good when I saw her, BUT, I was there for almost 4 hours, just waiting and waiting. I saw her for about 20 minutes. She also sells her products and she recommend that I buy $400.00 worth of serums and other stuff. They all do, but I just think it's a conflict of interest for doctors to sell their products.

Dr Jamie Glick is a great doctor.
My experiences are the following, I waited over an hour with numbing cream on my face to find the machine is broken.
I took the day off from work, and actually had won tickets to a show that night that I turned away.
So it was a bummer, but nothing to get upset about.
Because things happen.
Second go around, I waited 2 hours for the treatment. A little long to wait when you're suppose to sit there for an hour only.
They offered me a 100 dollars off to try the treatment, and another 100 off because

I always get pimples on my nose when I'm stressed, but I woke up yesterday morning with a whopper of a pimple that was deep, hurt, warm to the touch, and much different than anything I had ever had before. Feeling desperate and in a lot of pain, I went to ZocDoc and booked a super-last minute appointment with Dr. Levin. Dr. Levin is by far my favorite doctor on the planet! She is friendly and helpful. I have had acne my whole life, but it has never been severe. I have gone to other doctors who make me feel like "Why is she complaining, people have it much worse."
Dr. Levin is the complete opposite. She understands that the acne I do have bothers me and that the rosacea I have needs to be figured out. She gave me a simple home regime and even recommended moisturizer and face cleanser from drug store.
I am on a pill, two different topical creams, and cerave moisturizer with and without sun block.

Walked in and thought "no way can I afford this." Clean, beautiful, calming space. And totally conscious of your insurance needs and budgets. Say what?!?!
I have seen another dermatologist in the city (who was atrocious) so my spirit was broken a bit. But this place was perfect from start to finish. Personable staff, saw to me immediately, kind and informative.
A nurse came and took my skin history (thorough) and I waited two minutes to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was kind and extremely thorough. We went through absolutely everything. Regimen, birth control options, explanation
