Our service includes a comprehensive Home Inspection by one of our Licensed and Insured home inspectors, and a complete multi page Inspection report including pictures to outline and detail any discrepancies or areas of concern. Then any follow-up when necessary in order to guide you through or help you to better understand the house inspection as described in your report.

I guess I was lucky the day of my inspection because when the inspector arrived he said that his partner was just finishing another inspection not too far away. And that today I would get both inspectors instead of just one. Anyway, once they both got going I think the entire process took less than an hour. Later that evening I received the entire inspection report via email. I am very pleased with these guys and would highly recommend them.
