Expectations exceeded!!! The level of professionalism and the exceptional courtesy of this company went beyond what we could have asked for. Lane's work is unquestionably top quality. The reports are clear and succinct; he's done two for me in a short amount of time. He provides plenty of detail and suggests $ ranges for possible repairs and replacements. I liked the responsiveness and "can-do" attitude from the team. Lighthouse should be your first call for home inspections.

Very thorough inspection. Mr. Ragsdale spent a full 5 hours inspecting our 2500 sq. ft. house. He got up on the roof to exam it when many other inspectors only look from a ladder with binoculars. He crawled the entire length of the crawl space which was more than I wanted to do. He explained things to me as he went along and pointed out things I had missed when I first looked at the house.

Complete professionalism from the phone call to the actual meeting in person. All members of the staff worked with us from start to end in a professional and timely manner and was willing to wait at the house until after I finished work to go over the inspection in person. I would definitely use them again for any home inspection.

I was very impressed with the results of my inspection. Unlike previous inspectors, Lane did a very thorough job. I don't think he missed a thing! I appreciated his recommendations along with explanations on his findings. I highly recommend Lane Ragsdale, Lighthouse Home and Property Inspection Services.
