So I'm a DIY person and went to do my first ever parts upgrade on my ryzen 7 gaming rig. Upgraded my GPU cooler and CPU cooler got everything done and reconnected and nothing😢. My heart fell, I didn't know what I did wrong watched so many videos and was sure I didn't mess anything up at this time it was 11:50am Sunday couldn't ask no one for help. Next morning had to go to work began researching everything I could on the symptoms on it could've been anything. Charles was extremely flexible and easy to work with. He was able to build my computer and installed windows 10 as well. We did have an issue as a part was miss interpreted as broken. Along with that, there was no cable management and the power supply was installed upside down. An easy fix and overall a great job!

Had a laptop with problems. Contacted Lightning and exchanged emails with Charles. He let me know that he could help clean up my computer, but it would be difficult to find replacement parts for my older laptop to address the issue I had contacted him for. Decided not to fix it and just invest in a new one. I would definitely feel comfortable taking my laptop to him for repairs in the future.

I have been working with another company trying to tell them to recover my pictures and documents for almost 2 months!!! I finally gave up and I took my laptop and my external drive back! I kept thinking to myself I believe data recovery could be done and it's just the matter of finding the right technician. I reached out to Charles and meet with him and went over my problems with data. I left everything with him and 4 days later, I picked up all my stuff with most of my pictures and documents recovered! They live up to their name! They were "Lightning" Fast responding back to me, and even though they didn't have the part# I specifically needed, they directed me where I could find one. Responding back so quickly saved me a lot of time making numerous other phone calls to try to find a difficult computer part, and I had a few technical questions involving the item and they were more than happy to answer them ... forever

I must say - Wow! I'm so impressed with this business. Charles was able to fix my Virus issue in just 2 min. Other companies were unable to fix it in few days. (!!) My laptop was "toast"... The on/off button stopped making any connection. I called a number of "laptop repair" services found on a Google Maps search on my phone. The technician at Lightning Computer Repair seemed the most knowledgeable and creative in considering a temporary fix, especially given that I could ill afford the typical "3-5 days" in shop to analyze the problem. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but Charles went above and beyond to get my All touch PC fixed in record time, all my data saved and backed up, and even delivered it to my home as I was having car issues!! Charles replied by email within 10 minutes of me placing a request. He asked me to call and directly speak with him. When I spoke with him, he asked for specifics of my problem and gave me key steps to fix it at no charge. He also reassured me that should the problem reoccur, to call him back immediately. I followed his steps, the problem has not reappeared and my laptop is working fine.

Yes I too think Charles, is great!! Answer your calls with Lightning speed..LOL but truly does. He's helped me several times with my old and brand new computer. He's very honest as well..he told me not to spend anymore on my old computer, too many existing problems.

Wow! Charles was able to log in to my computer remotely and scrub my system of malware, fix an issue with not being able to connect to WiFi, update my Intel chipset, and install anti-virus and ad-blocking software.
Within minutes of me calling him the first time, he was solving my problems, and everything was done within an hour. I was totally blown away--I had expected these issues to require me giving up the computer for a few days. Charles was VERY responsive, updated me via text, and was incredibly professional.

My computer broke and I had very important homework that was due because it was the end of the semester. I needed data recovery so I ended up calling Lightning Computer Repair and someone was sent out the same day.
My data ended up being recovered and I had my computer back to me and fixed within 24 hours! I was so happy that my hard schoolwork was recovered.

My experiences with Lightning have been outstanding. The several times that I have needed their help, they came on time, fixed the problems we had on our computers, made suggestions on how to prevent these problems in the future, and did that quickly and efficiently.
