Dan is a friendly and knowledgeable person. He did a great job with communicating the scope of the work order and he provided timely updates about its status. He did an excellent job with removing the malware and optimizing my laptop. He is available by appointment only but he is flexible. This means he is also available to meet on weekends which is a big plus. I highly recommend Sure Computing for your computer needs.

Dan has pulled us out of the weeds several times over the previous 5-6 years. He's really knows his stuff. When my wife's Sony Vaio melted down he was able to seamlessly migrate her data from the old drive to one on a new PC.

Dan is really great. My laptop wasn't charging properly and the plug was really loose so I needed to have the jack replaced. We discussed and he confirmed that that was the problem. He ordered the part, put it in and I had my laptop done very quickly. I am so impressed and will definitely use him again. Highly recommended!

Dan did an outstanding job in building my son's custom gaming PC. He delivered everything on time at a very reasonable cost. After having a subtle problem come up shortly thereafter, Dan correctly diagnosed it to a faulty graphics card by substituting a newer generation card and running it for several days to ensure everything worked. Had trouble connecting laptop to wireless in the house. External usb wireless adapters were also not able connect, though tethering via my LG Stylo usb cable ...did (there is gig limit on high speed but it does still function but slower.)
So he tracked the problem to some interference with the AGV ..AVG? ... anti virus program. He also sped up the computer considerably by deactivating some of those programs that partially load. They were really eating the ram use.
Very reasonable price for solving tough problem, which I tried to work through with the geeks on the Craigslist computer forum.

I have used other computer repair services in the past but have found Sure Computing to consistently be my best overall choice. Dan is very knowledgeable and spends the time analyzing my computer problems and later how to minimize future issues. Recently repaired my laptop and as always did it in a timely fashion. His rates are also quite reasonable and stands by his work if additional follow up is needed.

Found this business on Yelp, have never heard of it before. Prompt, professional service. My computer was running too slow and freezing, not able to connect to internet. Of course, it happened at the time when i have no access to another computer! Dan repaired all problems and gave reccommendations. It was well worth it rather than buying a new computer.

Had another guy I went to and he wasn't cutting it. Looked up nearby computer repair and this was the closest. Turned out to be a great choice to go see Dan. I will definitely be using him from now on. Thank you!!

Great work. My laptop is running very well. Dan cleaned the cpu (it was overheating), replaced the HD and it works like a charm. Thanks Dan! He also has been working on wife's laptop and did a great job on hers.

Super Helpful is all I got to say I have some knowledge of computers and instead of letting me spend unnecessary money Dan at Sure Computing gave me tips to fix the problem myself I really appreciate the honestly and genuine helpfulness that Dan has shown me.

I could have gone to a big store and had them repair my notebook which had a connection problem. However I wanted to find a small business which would do a great job and of course be honest about what I needed. I have found such. I found Sure Computing from looking at Yelp and it being fairly close. I called and then brought down the notebook on a weekend. That Sunday afternoon of all things my desktop went ballistic!! (Talk about bad luck!)....I called to leave a message but actually got ahold of Dan. After he asked a couple of questions he told me to bring it down of which I did the next day

Dan is great. He is personable, professional, and looks out for his customers. When my the fan in my laptop was having problems, Dan gave me a diagnosis quickly, gave me a range of possible solutions with a price estimate for each, and then fixed it promptly. When I had problems with my keyboard after that, he offered to look at it, but suggested ways I could fix the problem on my own. His suggestions worked perfectly! I'm definitely coming back to him with any computer problems I have in the future!

As a small business I rely very heavily on my computer.Being doing business withDan since 2008 and has gotten me out of messes with my computers. He's extremely knowledgeable and very fair with his prices also is very quick on getting your computer back to you.

WOW!! Professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE, reasonably priced and honest!! All are important for sure, but Dan has them all!

I had an issue (well a crisis to me!) with my laptop and after spending over 2 hours on the phone with a service company trying to get it resolved to no avail, I reached out to Dan and I am so glad I did!

I brought my laptop in late yesterday afternoon and it was fixed and in perfect running condition this morning. He know what to look for, what to do to repair it and did so at the price he quoted me.

My old laptop recently crashed and I wasn't able to get my files (documents, pictures, etc.) out. I talked to Dan Delaney about it, and he said that it was a problem with the CPU and that it would be best if I got a new laptop. So I did, and I asked him if he could transfer my old data onto my new laptop. Of course, being the amazing computer technician he is, he was able to. All my school essays and priceless photos are now safe and sound, thanks to Dan's help. SURE Computing is wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of computer repair!

Dan is honest and knows what he is doing. He has worked on several of our laptops. I am always satisfied with the cost and he has been able to fix any problem I run up against. I reccomend him highly for any computer issues that you have.

Dan at Sure Computing totally rocks, giving excellent service for a fair price. I'm fairly computer savvy, but I picked up a worm that kept reinstalling itself. I *really* didn't want to rebuild my whole machine. Dan encountered the same problem I did, but he kept working at it until he rooted it out entirely. I'm totally happy with the result and would recommend his service to anyone. Dan does IT service for small businesses so he's not always in his office, however, he is easy to contact and was there for each appointment.
