Our small business computer wouldn't boot up this morning and my wife had year end reports to do. Found Ryan on Yelp with all 5 star reviews. Called him and he responded in minutes. He came out within the hour and went right to work. Now, I'm no computer wiz but I had checked as much as I knew how. (Shut off and restart). He found intermittent power in the plug strip. He moved the plug to another outlet and we were back in business. Then I asked him to do a normal sweep of our two business computers.. Just by defragging he practically doubled the speed. He's not bad. But not what I reasonably had in mind either. He might bash a component on yohr device, saying that company is, without proper evidence to support it. He might offer you something to entice the procedure, but then later refuse to live up to it.
If you know basic knowledge about your machine, or how it was made, chances are you are better off alone with google. I finished the job myself in half the estimated time, and no cost.

Thank goodness for Ryan! My laptop stopped working over the weekend and I was worried that I had lost access to my all of my files from several years worth of projects. I contacted Ryan through the yelp app and he responded within a few minutes. We chatted on the phone, and he explained what he was going to do and how he would charge me.

My computer stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily my husband called Mobile PC paramedic and talked to Ryan Mace. He came to our home within 30 minutes of calling.
Ryan spent a couple of hours to figure out and fix what had happened, and had my machine up and running faster than it had been before.
Ryan is very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job at reasonable prices. My husband and I highly recommend him, and know who to go to now for future PC issues.

I consulted Ryan for data recovery from my 8-year old laptop that stopped booting up. Before taking it to Mobile PC Paramedic, I took it to another computer repair store and was told that data recovery was not possible because the hardware was too damaged. They told me the only option I have was to send it off to a specialist lab, which may cost $1250-$2000.
Then came Ryan to the rescue. Despite the hardware being severely damaged both mechanically and externally, he was able to recover 100% of my data

It was a friday night and my PC stopped booting around 8PM and I needed someone to look at it fast. I was not sure what to expect when I called this repair shop, but he was the only who picked up the phone at that time. Turns out the owner Ryan works out of his home. I drove by to him and he instantly found the problem which is broken hard drive. He replaced the hard drive with a new one, installed windows 7 and handed it back to me in an hour, the same night. I paid him $180 including parts, software and service, which was very reasonable.
