Comments: A Pet Agreement is required for all resident pet owners. Allowable pets are dogs, cats, birds and fish. Breed restrictions apply and must be approved by management. Restricted breeds are as follows: Pitbulls/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Reptiles, and Pot Bellied Pigs (insurance deems as high risk).

This place has roaches, possums, and cats! I was in my townhome when I seen A HUGE ROACH!!! But thats not the only time I seen a roach, before i mv townhome I had a 2 bed room 2 bathroom apartment and all they had WAS ROACHES!! In the apartment they wasn’t as big as the ones I seen in the townhome but they were still roaches. And I only was in my townhome for 3 week and I seen about 8 ROACHES ALREADY!!! But moving on to the possum I seen a possum out side while looking through my glass sliding door. And CATS are everywhere And when i mean everywhere I MEAN EVERYWHERE…They will even HIDE UNDER

The village @westley chapel has been a comfortable home for my family for 3years.I always receive top notch service.Ms.Sandra Gomez/property manager and her team are professionals .Every work order is addressed and completed with in 24 hours or less.I just signed a new lease and received two large jacuzzi style bathtubs and a new front door.the air conditioning is always cool and the h20 is always hot. In this tight economy the village gives you your money's worth.👍🏼

We have been living here for over 10 years and are extremely satisfied with how they take care of the tenets issues. not to mention They also do a great job with taking care of the grounds I would recommend anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live consider the village at Wesley Chapel.

Management or the leasing agent I should say is very unprofessional...This individual had a client in the office to sign a lease and after the new tenant signed their lease...The leasing agent then gave copies of the lease, key to the apt., and mailbox to people who were not listed on the new tenants lease...Privacy and Confidentiality laws were CLEARLY BROKEN!!! This needs to be looked into and further actions need to be taken to CORRECT/PREVENT situations like this from happening in the future...

Clean and quiet Ms Sandra the manager is a sweet heart her has a great staff who will get the job done. Ms Sandra will come out her office to see what issue you having with your unit with problem. She so pleasant and has a great big personality to go along with her beautiful smile.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They have a major roach problem which they do not disclose with you upon closing your application. I have been here for 3 months have had pest control come out every week since I’ve moved in as well as maintenance come spray. The problem gets worse and I’ve yet been given a solution. Only reason i give this 2 stars is because Gina who is awesome, she makes you feel like everything’s going to be handled and get someone on the problem right away, though i am sick and tired of living here already! 3 months and nothing please do not waste your money here biggest mistake EVER

Good place to live. I have been here 4 years and although management was nasty at first. The new manager is awesome. Mrs. Sandra is great. Maintenance is good. Have not had any security issues and I leave early morning. Just wish I could get new carpet.😁. But with all seriousness good neighbors and good place to live. Ms. Clark
