I was taken aback by the tone deaf decision made by staff & ownership to disallow a new mother from the tasting room because her 2 month old had not received a COVID vaccine. It was clear that the mother and the rest of her party were vaccinated. Additionally, the medical community, including the World Health Organization does not recommend vaccinating children of that age. This establishment appears to have completely lost track of any semblance of common sense. They have instead opted to lean into irrational, unfounded COVID fear mongering.

I heard a lot of good things for this winery and was really looking forward to coming. When we first entered the door the person greeting us seemed annoyed that we were there. She immediately asked us for our vaccine card. I don’t want to make this about whether you should or should not be vaccinated but it was apparent it was very important for this winery. It took me aback that this small place asked me for my card since no other place of business (winery or restaurant) has ever asked me for my card. As I was messaging another friend that they needed a card this same person asked me if that’s

We had a private wine tasting at this winery this weekend and enjoyed our first visit to this place very much.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff and were offered as a first tasting a 2020 Winderlea Rose of Pinot Noir which was quite enjoyable.
Then we were ushered onto the balcony where our friendly host DeAnna explained the history of the winery, it's patrons and different kind of details about the wine making process as well as the region itself.
Once we returned inside we were seated at a table and tasted several different wines.

Some of the best Pinot in Oregon, we had a wonderful tasting room experience. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable this is one of our favorite places to visit. One of the best parts about visiting this place is the great deck overlooking the winery below. We can't wait to go back.

Our favorite winery stop in Oregon during a recent trip, and the absolute best Pinot Noir I've ever tried. Beautiful building, beautiful grounds, and a kind and knowledgeable host who was great to us even though we showed up at the very end of the day.

Great location overlooking their oldest vines of Pinot Noir. Really enjoyed the 2014 Winderlea Vineyard Pinot Noir & the 2015 Winderlea Legacy Pinot Noir. The host today was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. If I had room my suitcase I would've purchased a couple of bottles.
