Absolutely the best guy in the business! Rod recently did the home inspection on our 1st home purchase. He blew us away with all the knowledge he has. He is a wealth of information and if your looking for someone to do an inspection..look no further he is your man! We walked away with so much info on that house. We really felt like we had a better understanding on how our new home needed to be cared for. He didnt rush at all he made sure to document everything accuratly. We got the typed up report later that night. And that was well written and so through. He is the best . If we ever buy or sell
