Within 3 days of the inspection, if the customer feels they were not given the necessary information from Advanced Property Inspection of Kenosha to make an informed decision on the property, Advanced Property Inspection of Kenosha will refund the inspection fee.
Within 60 days of the inspection, if another inspection is needed of the original home because the closing did not go through for any reason, then Advanced Property Inspection of Kenosha will perform the second inspection for the same customer at a 50% discount from the regular listed inspection fees (price per sq ft).Excludes investment properties, termite inspections, additional services, and any additional fees if applicable.

Darren was extremely helpful with the inspection, we received a very detailed report within 24 hours. He took the time to stop back at the house a second time to see the attic after it was not accessible the first time. He then walked us through everything he noted on the inspection. Great experience and we were very grateful for his help!

Recently purchased a new home while I'm away travelling, and Darren made the process very easy despite me not being there. He was very responsive throughout the whole process, professional and trustworthy. Also didn't try to upsell me on additional services (in fact talked me out of some additional testing that I considered), which I think speaks further to the professionalism and trustworthiness.

Was very professional, however, there were quite a few things that were missed that could have saved us money. The contract is very protective of the inspector and the inspection was very bare boned. We have had electrical issues that could have been identified just by running a small appliance to see that there was voltage loss, microwave trips breaker after running for more than 1min 30 sec, concrete cracks in garage were related to no control joists existing and would have been nice to have had this identified during the inspection, oven was leaking gas due to faulty ignitor and would have also

I was able to schedule a home inspection the same week and Darren was very responsive. I arrived an hour and a half into the home inspection to go over details. Darren was very knowledgeable and explained everything he looked at and answered any questions I had. I received the report the same day and was very pleased with how detailed the report was, pictures and arrows were included which for someone like me that may not understand some home terminology, it was easy to understand:) I felt so relieved knowing minor and major details of the my first home I’m buying before closing. As first time buyers, that was our first inspection and we didn't know what to expect. Darren made the experience very easy, always taking time to explain and show the issues, and giving advices! The inspection is meticulous, and the report very detailled with all pictures and explanations.

This being our first home inspection, we were not certain what to expect. However, from the first call with Darren he made certain we walked away with full understanding of the process ahead. He was there before we arrived on inspection day(bright and early on a weekday morning). He took time to let us know what to expect the day of the inspection.
