New Leasing Gal Sarah was helpful with renewing my son's and roommate lease.
I visited from Calif and I am so impressed with the daily cleanup on the grounds with 2 guys. Maintenance repairs are very efficient and Nice Manners. Love the Weekley Lady who cleans the Halls.

Bed bugs and other bugs since move in. Multiple treatments by pest control and nothing is working. Contacted the office multiple times and get told they will reach out to property manager. Their solution is to spray some more. I threw out all my furniture and beds and bought new and still have problems!! If this isnt fixed I'm going to have to hire someone to fight to keep my rent money. My kids are miserable!!! Its ridiculous

In all fairness, I don't live here - living here might be a lovely experience. But I had an appointment with them today in order to POSSIBLY live here. I was called an hour before my appointment and told they had to cancel - no explanation beyond that. Katie asked if I could come back next week and I said no - I have two jobs and I told her I took the day off today specifically for looking at apartments. Also, I currently live in Bowling Green, so it's an hour round-trip to get up there. I asked if she could see me Saturday and she flatly informed me that she doesn't work weekends. There wasn't

¤ Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves, no major annoyances so far 🤞🏻
¤ Hallways could be better maintained, but they are vacuumed frequently.
¤ There is only one washer and dryer per building, first come first serve, which can be a pain.
¤ It's close to a lot of food places and the interstate.
¤ Vehicle damage on property is all on you- they are not responsible & no cameras to find the culprit(s)-- Good luck.
¤ The office staff is friendly and emailing is the most used communication to keep everyone updated.
¤ Parking could be more organized, but it's not overflowing.
