Services
We are still located in the Piney Point Offices on Fondren adjacent to Piney Point Village in Houston. Dr. Greer founded the practice decades ago as a "direct pay" office in a small, personal setting. By avoiding the increasing burden of the administrative costs associated with dealing with insurers she was able to spend more time with each patient and avoid many of the obstacles we have observed in healthcare today.
Dr. Parsons' approach is to enhance each patient's own appearance in a subtle, natural way. She listens to individual wishes and discusses the many options that currently exist to appropriately address those concerns.
At Piney Point Dermatology, Dr. Parsons performs neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) to soften the lines made by expression, hyaluronic acid fillers (Restylane, Juvederm) to restore the volume that aging and gravity has wrought, and sclerotherapy injections for leg veins. She performs every procedure herself in a non-rushed and pressure-free environment.
