I've been going to Dr. Blum for easily 15 years now and she's always been great. She's thorough in her checkups, and frank about any concerns or issues you may have -- she gives you an honest opinion. She spends time explaining and makes herself readily available afterward, if need be. Her office staff is also friendly and helpful in setting up appts, etc. I'd highly recommend.

Dr. Blum is an excellent Dermatologist. She personally cares about her patients and is totally honest when she has to be. She’s bright, personable and more than competent.
I needed to talk to her and I received a call back in five minutes. That’s a doctor you want to have.
The office is expertly run.

I went to see Dr Blum for a severe burn that I had and she was great throughout treatment and follow up. Three years later it's almost not even visible; but I think it's because I sought treatment early. She also helped me when I was having stress-related hair loss. She recommended I try Nutrifol which really helped me both with growth and strength of my hair.

I highly recommend Dr Robin Blum. I just had a routine full body skin check up. She was very thorough and meticulous in her examation as well as very caring. She followed a comprehensive protocol. The front desk and staff were very friendly and professionnal. There was no wait time and the practice was very clean.

I went to this office for a nail problem I was having.
I scheduled the appointment via Zocdoc which was smooth.
The staff was friendly. Although I had to fill the check-in forms again because apparently they don't use the ones from Zocdoc which was kind of annoying but yeah ok whatever, I filled them.
The doctor was very nice too, she explained everything she was doing clearly.
So now you are curious why one star? It's because I had to pay $200 although I have insurance and no one confirmed this with me beforehand.

I obviously can't say anything about treatment yet, but after my appointment with Dr. Blum today, I finally feel like there's HOPE for my terrible, acne prone skin, which is a new and exciting feeling.
She put me at ease immediately, as did her lovely assistants, and she was up front and honest with me about possible treatments. I didn't feel pressured at all, which I have with other dermatologists.
I was early for my appointment and she took me early. When all was said and done, I was in and out in 30 minutes, which, as a busy New York woman, I really appreciate.

I've been modeling for over 20 years and don't trust many doctors with my skin.Dr. Blum is excellent! I've been seeing her for for the last 6 years. In addition to yearly skin checks, I also go to her for all my beauty/ant aging treatments. She's knowledgable and kind; up on all the latest information/techniques. She also helped my daughter with her acne after two other pediatric dermatologists failed.Her office is bright and clean and she has a caring and warm personality.

I took my 12 year old daughter to 3 different dermatologist -- wasted a lot of time and money. After one visit with Dr. Blum, my daughter's skin issues starting clearing up. She did all the right tests, and made my daughter feel like a million dollars.

I went to see Dr. Blum to remove some growths underneath my skin. I told the receptionist specifically for that procedure and was told that Dr. Blum could do the procedure.
When I arrived at Dr. Blum's office she told me that she could not perform the procedure. She is obviously just interested in doing quick easy procedures - botox, acne treatments etc. Unfortunately many Dr.'s just treat their patients like cattle.
If you cancel your appointment you will be charged a fee anywhere from $75 - $300 in cancellation fees. Who is reimbursing me for the time I wasted at this place

My personal experience with Dr. Blum was disappointing. I felt like I was cattle waiting to be herded out the door, or she's over booked and comes across as not interested in patients best interest.
I went in for a simple body scan but had several other questions about other possible cosmetic procedures - she looked annoyed and had little interest in going over these, and when asked to explain how a procedure works she acted like it was a bother and like I wouldn't understand. Thanks to Yelp and another site (which has 'doc' in the title), i found Dr. Blum and am happier for it!
Super-prompt, professional, and yet great bedside manner. I was instantly comfortable and later impressed that Dr. Blum was quick to identify the source of my skin issue and the fastest solution to improve it.
I've gone back again and recommended her to family and friends. You will too!

Went to Dr. Blum on Friday for a quick check up on some recently developed bumps on my face, which I thought to be and ended up being Impetigo.
Dr. Blum & reception are quick, friendly, and to the point--couldn't ask for anything more!
She was able to quickly figure out the problem and send me on my way. I was also able to ask her a few side questions on product recommendations for my face.
Convenient location as well, just a few steps from columbus circle.
