Overall a very pleasant living situation!! I had two lease terms at this place. The walls are nice and thick so you don’t hear your neighbors, the appliances are well taken care of, and the amenities are second-to-none in the area. As a single woman, I felt safe walking around the property alone and at night. Access to the walking trail was a favorite of mine as well. 15 minutes max from nearly everything in town. Would recommend!

Super nice apartments. Very modern and everything works great in them.. but if you want your car or truck broken into then definitely move here.. I have had 1 of my vehicles broken into and over $2000 worth of stuff stolen out of it.. our other vehicle has been tampered with as well. Multiple other tenants have had their vehicles windows smashed in as well. They have a security guard that drives around every once and a while but nothing has changed in over a year.. multiple people have complained about there only being one camera on the whole complex but they still won’t add more to protect their

I have to be honest, I have nothing but good things to say about living here. I am heading into my second lease and there has not been one issue that I came to them with that they did not leave me completely satisfied and taken care of efficiently. They are wonderful at communication and letting us know what is going on with the property. I am super grateful to have a staff that is dedicated to making my living experience a good one.

Editing my post from 5 stars to 1 after the moving out process. It says clearly in the lease agreement that we won’t be charged for wall restoration unless there is damage to 50% or more of the wall. In our case, we definitely had less than 50%. Our walls had scuff marks from daily living. We were charged $450 just to REPAINT. When I asked the manager for a breakdown on where exactly the $450 was coming from and how it cost that much just to repaint, he ignored my questions and instead told me of all the charges he COULD have given us but decided not to. The old managers were much better.

Gate is always broken, apartments looks super nice but things inside are quite cheap. My roommates car was broken into and destroyed within the first two months of us moving in, all because the gate was broken and open over night without a security guard there. Then today, yet again I came out to find 4 cars broken into with windows shattered. And how did this happen? The gate has been open 2 nights in a row with no security guard again. When this happened to my roommates car, the management in the office didn’t seem to care much at all and wouldn’t even own up to the fact that this happened
