We are currently credentialed for acupuncture services through Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, MVP Healthcare, no-fault, and worker's compensation. We have found that more and more insurance plans are covering all or part of people's acupuncture treatments.
If you are not covered by Excellus or MVP Healthcare, you may still have out of network coverage for acupuncture treatments, so we recommend calling your insurance provider to find out if acupuncture is covered.If you do have out of network coverage, we can provide you with a "superbill" that contains all of the information that your insurance company needs to reimburse you for out of network service.

Both Michael and I have received treatment from Derek and Lainey on and off for the past 5 years. We originally went to Pivot Acupunture to improve our overall health as a 55 year-olds. I also have worked with Lainey to improve my overall health (digestion, hormones, cosmetic etc.) via acupuncture and supplements. I have referred many friends who… both still see either Derek or Lainey and we collectively all say the same thing - we aren't exactly sure how it works but it absolutely works and happy they are located in our community.
