Their online booking system was very convenient. Carlos had a cancellation, so he was able to come over same day to look at my broker washing machine.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and thankfully parts were readily available. He came back on a Saturday at 7pm and was able to fix out washing machine within 30 minutes.

Overall, we had a great experience with Carlos and would recommend him to others. Thanks Carlos!

Great service. It was easy to schedule online. We were contacted the day before and asked for the exact model number so they could have the parts with them, which I definitely appreciated. The tech was professional, on-time, quick and did a wonderful job of cleaning up before he left. Great service and our dryer is working great again.

I almost don't want to share this review because I don't want to lose Carlos for my own repairs. He is the BEST repairman in the greater Seattle area and the rates are very reasonable. Carlos is fast and he can seemingly fix ANYTHING. WOW!

I have called Carlos three or four times in the past four years and every time he has been outstanding. Yesterday he replaced a pump in our dishwasher. A year ago it was a garbage disposal. A year before that an oven problem. Finding an excellent, honest, fair-priced repair person is like finding a good auto mechanic or a good doctor. It leaves you with a wonderful sense of security. Carlos is often booked two weeks out. If you have appliances he can service, he is so worth the wait.

This joker needed to wait for 2 entire weeks and the whole morning just to let me know in the very last minute of my appointment that my address is not in his covering area, what a waste of time, will never call them again.

Our brand new Whirlpool oven was not staying hot when baking. We tried and failed several times with whirlpool customer service to get someone to come out and look at it. Someone from the Appliance Hospital finally came (after a lot of work on my end with whirlpool customer service) and they diagnosed that it needed a new ignitor and they were going to return in a couple days to install it. They ghosted us and never showed up or returned our calls so I reached out to Mazter. I told them what we were told by the Appliance Hospital. Carlos from Mazter brought the ignitor we needed and did trouble

They couldn't fix our dryer or provide a clear explanation of what was going on. When they're not actually here, they're near impossible to reach: Their fully automated website and service process means real humans never hear you call. While waiting for a part, we were wondering why nothing worked and unable to reach out to anyone for an update. Eventually they came by with the new part but, again, it/they didn't fix anything.

Repaired an element of an in-counter glass cooktop, where stove had to be removed to fix issue. Diagnosed issue, explained repair work needed, ordered part, gave option to set an appointment or wait for part, followed up promptly once part was in, and corrected issue. Definitely recommend!

When our 12-or-so-year-old fridge died, I called Carlos based on reviews, hoping that he would be able to save us having to buy a new one. He has been out to our place on four separate occasions. The initial price quoted was very reasonable (I had researched the cost of parts beforehand). When replacing the compressor didn't succeed, he returned twice more to work on the unit, eventually identifying the real culprit. It has now been running successfully for the last 48 hours, and I am optimistic that he has fixed the problem. Even if it turns out the fridge is beyond help, I am VERY impressed

I wasn't sure if my refrigerator even had a problem, or if I was just overthinking it but decided that I needed a professional to check it out.

Booking an appointment was easy and Carlos P. came out and knew exactly what my refrigerator's problem was (it DID have one!). He was able to quickly fix it and the problem has not returned.

Carlos was prompt and professional, and also nice. He's always welcome back if I have another appliance problem.
The cost was in line with what I expected, no surprises or problems.

I would (WILL!) definitely use them again.

Finally! A 21st century repair company. I don't know why it's so hard for repair people, plumbers, etc to schedule things online. This is one of the first companies that actually does that.

I had a dishwasher failing to drain, and I tested all the standard stuff - filter, air gap, etc. Next steps were popping off the lower panel and fiddling with hoses - not something I felt like doing.

I was easily able to schedule an appointment online - and Carlos showed up at the stated time on Saturday morning. He quickly diagnosed a drain pump, and the labor cost was only marginally more than

TLDR: Friendly and competent, but answering service is basically useless and coordination/communication can be understandably but still frustratingly difficult. Also, labor costs under warranty might not be covered because Mazter isn't a preferred contractor for the manufacturer.

Mazter appliances is a one-man shop with an answering service. Carlos is very friendly, clearly a hard worker, and appears to know his stuff. On our first call, he was able to schedule us more quickly than any other appliance repair place in town, about two days from our Saturday afternoon call.

Mazter made getting an appointment straightforward, and did everything they committed, as scheduled.

My $2500 Samsung fridge/freezer wasn't staying cold on the freezer side. Carlos diagnosed it as a compressor issue, that it needed replacing, for ~$500. He had to come back the next day with the appropriate compressor, which he put in as scheduled, and for 3 months so far it's been working like new.
