They got our Asko washer and dryer fixed in a timely and honest manner. Their customer service is great. The booking process was quick. I called them a couple of times and they always had someone pick up the phone and help out. The technician arrived per schedule, fixed all the issues, and the got the machines running again. A number of other appliance repair places said no to this brand of machines. Glad appliance service station came to the rescue!

Don came out to service my Fisher & Paykel fridge. He knows his Fisher & Paykel appliances well and was on time, fast, efficient, and easily fixed my problem. It didn't break the bank either! It took three weeks to get a diagnostic appointment, and then another five weeks to get a repair appointment. When the repair man came, he didn't have the right part to fix it. When I called the office to complain, they accused me of not providing the right information, even though I DID provide that information during my initial call to the company. They only offered a 10% discount. This was right before the Thanksgiving weekend. We will not be using appliance service station again. I realize that things are hard for businesses during covid, but this was a basic administrative error that

My service tech. was Don. Don is the best service tech. I have ever experienced. The quality of his work, punctuality, etc.. exceeds any expectations you amy have. My typical experience with tech.'s has caused me to do all my own work. This was a warranty job so I grudgingly allowed a repairman into my home. The typical scenario is that they partailly repair the item and break something else. Not with Don. Request this tech. when using Appliance Service Station.

I called about a leaky fridge, I didn’t have to wait on hold and they were very nice and helpful. Although they were booked out over a week the lady was very nice and gave me an idea on what may be wrong and some tips on how to possibly fix it myself. I will definitely be calling again for future services.

I contacted Appliance Service Station after a recommendation from Albert Lee appliances for a overhead vent. Initially service was prompt and straightforward and they said they needed to order a part to complete the repair. I then went into a 3 month cycle of me having to call the Appliance Service Station for an update every two weeks about what the next step for service was. After 3 months, I called and they looked up the part and their supplier and found it was no longer in production. However, they suggested I order one myself for them to install. Don came out to diagnose an intermittent leaking dishwasher. He was extremely thorough and went through a number of things that could be causing it to leak inconsistently, including actually properly installing our dishwasher in the cabinet! He even called the Miele rep to get additional ideas on what the problem might be.
He didn't replace any parts but said to call back if it started again and they would not charge labor to replace the seal (which looked fine but he suspected might be the culprit if it happened again). 2 months later, it did start dripping again. Don came back out, did
