There have been a couple of instances where something wasn't working properly and we made a call to report it and maintenance has always been there in a matter of a half hour or less. Maintenance staff is on point and takes care of issues quickly and efficiently. They do a great job from what we have had to get taken care of.

Well kept quiet, and clean community with good neighbors, and we all look out for one another it’s great.
The management and maintenance teams are friendly, very knowledgeable and any maintenance requests have always been completed promptly and is very much appreciated.
All in all a very well kept community with the nicest pool and great amenities. The bike paths and surrounding areas are great and we are close to all the great dining and shopping areas too!!!

The maintenance people are great! The apartment was great and beautiful. Neighbors were great. Except for an issue that happened with kids throwing gold balls at all the cars at the end of the apartment complex while I was out on a walk with my son…. Besides that, s everything is amazing except the office.. The office that NEVER answers their phone. We’ve been dealing with a ridiculous problem and the office just ignores us. Also, previous manager was awesome and promised us when and if we do ever move out we’d be helped out with leaving (money wise) due to dealing with the problem for 2

We have the best I mean the best office management staff please don’t get rid of this staff that work so hard daily for the tenants & new tenants, our maintenance staff under Roberto are very professional help any of us if we need help with anything in our home or outside. I been here since 2016 after Debbie and Abigail it was hard getting use to the change but now I can say I’m so pleased with our new management team
