Good location and reasonable rent. Unfortunately the buildings are older and maintenance requests are not responded to. With rental prices in the area being so expensive, they have you trapped living in an apartment that isn't maintained. You definitely get what you pay for at this complex! They also don't tell you about the separate water/sewer/trash monthly billing that is considered rent and isn't based on actual usage. Add $80-$90.

We have been living at Covey for nearly an year. Our overall experience has been very pleasant and we feel safe in this community. The staff both at front office and one's doing maintenance are pleasant and responsive. The location is also perfect, with the beautiful Waubonsie Lake Park at just two mins walking distance. All the other convenience including hospital is near by. Love the fact that both Aurora and Naperville downtown is not a long drive.

The ladies in the office are very rude and unhelpful.
I wouldn't recommend any of my family/friends to live here. Maintenance comes walking in your apartment like zombies with heavy dirty shoes while your not home.
My apartment kitchen had to be drilled and fixed for 4 days while I was still in with my kids younger than 6years of age. Water bills is a nightmare. Roof maintenance goes on every every month! They always have something to fix inorder to make the entire neighborhood noisy!! Sorry but Covey at Fox valley was like walking in the shadow of death!

The apartment itself was decent, although for the price the kitchen and tile is very outdated. You can get much better value for your money elsewhere. And maintenance orders take FOREVER just for the list of items that needed to be fixed when we moved in we had to call multiple times to ask when someone would be coming, it took about a month and a half till someone finally came to fix everything. And the main lady in the office is nice but sometimes gives off a snobby vibe
There is currently also a guy living there who chases peoples cars, stands outside yelling things that don’t make sense

I lived there for two years before I was relocated for work and never had a problem. I enjoyed my time there it was quiet and the few times I needed something fixed they took care of it. I keep my home clean and am respectful of others plus the price for a good school district was perfect. I have nothing negative to say.

I lived here for 2 years. I never had an issue when I needed repairs. The office staff was always professional. I have no idea why they would have any one star ratings at all. Just go in and see for yourself. Mind you I always paid ontime and gave proper notice when I was moving. I relocated to California or I would never have left.

Living here for a couple months first week in I had a noise complaint I have two babies. I’ve gotten a letter on my door every month threatening eviction. Single mom rarely home becuase I’m trying to make rent. I would never recommend living here. Please if you are planning to move in don’t you will immediately regert it

Lived here for a few years with my husband and kids. We were extremely happy and never had any issues with management maintained or other tenants during our time living at Covey. Havin lived in Naperville since moving out of covey there's absolutely no difference in the surrounding area between here and there and I've recommended my older children to move their own families there. We left due to our growing family and purchased a home in neighboring Naperville, IL but if I were to ever go back into apartment living I will immediately rerun to Covey at Fox Valley apartments in a heart beat!

I was a good tenant at Covey At Fox Valley for four years. When we first moved in, I had a broken leg, had a cast and was on crutches. They insisted I come to the office to do one last signature. They could not wait till my husband got home. That was my first issue with them. After we moved out, we made payment arrangements with Drew. We were late two times. One time, one day late. The second time, two days late. For this he turned us over to a collection agency. If you can not pay your rent on the exact day it is due, this is not place for you. They will not work with you. I do not recommend this
