Services
A (per month) pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A non-refundable pet fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Best service! My grandmother lives here due to family work schedules. We were skeptical at first. It has been one of our best choices. We call often to check on her, and she raves about Shawn always being there to fulfill her work orders and being helpful. We are satisfied with the work that is being done at this facility.

If I could I would NOT even rate this a one star.
My mother, grandmother and I, walked into silver oaks leasing office to inquire about a place for my grandmother. When we walk in, the man in his office did not greet us and we sat there waiting for him to acknowledge us. When my mother took it upon herself to ask if there was anything available he said there is a 10 the 15 year waiting list and did not make any eye contact. After not feeling welcomed we left. I would not want my grandmother living in this facility knowing employees treat future residents like they don’t matter.

I called to get information regarding pricing and waitlist for one of my residents that is on my caseload at the facility I work at. A rude male answered the phone and stated that he should not have answered the phone because I would see online they are closed, which is not indicated anywhere. He asked me to call back and leave a message even though I only had a few questions and already had him on the phone. He stated he only answered because he thought it was an emergency. All the while I could hear someone laughing in the background. He told me I had one question. I said you're subsidized housing
