They messaged me twice about an apartment I like that they reached out to me quick but when I saw all the bad reviews I took a step back.When I told them my concerns about the bad reviews I proceeded to ask if they had bug/mice problems and if there were issues with bad landlords.They still didn’t respond back so it must be true lol I rather be cautious than to rent at this place and instantly regret it.

THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX.
We’ve had a mold problem for months .
A rat problem for the last 2-3 months and management has done nothing about it. I have a toddler that puts everything in her mouth and they still don’t care to do anything about it.
We call and email everyday. We have to call 20x to get someone to even answer . We’ve had maintenance guy looking through our window when he thinks we aren’t home. The worst place I have ever lived in. The lease is almost over & now they want to “fix “ the mold problem. We’ve had so many people come and see our apartment like it’s

I've lived in Fox Pointe Apartment for almost five years and I'm not sure what other people are referring to, yes there are ants but you buy ant spray duh, I have not had anything broken into, I haven't had an issue with maintenance, when I call in for something to be fixed it will be fixed. I gave them a 4 because there is always room for improvement. what I don't like is some residence not picking up after their dog.

I have been here for the past 10 years. Unforeseen circumstances have kept my family here. I have never had any issues with people over the course of the ten years, although some of my neighbors have. They were very strict with pets in the past and now it seems as though that has not been a problem. Management comes and goes and they are somewhat flexible. 4.5/5
