Services
Nestor Mamchur is the founder and physical fitness trainer behind Biomechanics Training. Originally from Ukraine, Nestor obtained his degree in exercise science and is a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience. A competitive athlete in boxing and martial arts since the age of ten, Nestor holds two titles as the Ukrainian National Boxing Champion and numerous regional wins.
The lower back and abdominals make of the core in the center of the body. Properly balanced strength in the body's core provides support and additional strength extending outward to your limbs. Without core strength you can impair the joints, muscles and limbs in your arms and legs. A strong core also aids in a healthy digestive system.
Since the age of seven, Nestor began training under the tutelage of his father, who ran a training center in Ukraine for boxing, kick boxing, martial arts and self-defense. Nestor holds two National Boxing Champ titles and numerous regional wins. Boxing/kickboxing instruction consists of learning basic posture, punches, and body movement and goes onto more advanced combinations, mitt work, heavy bag work and more.
