My phone calls were always returned which which I consider a great business trait. Christine and John were a pleasure to work with. We’ve used their services twice and both times they’ve impressed us with how thorough they are. They inspect the home and as you walk through the property with them they educate you on what will need repairs and what’s concerning or not. They are very personable and dependable. Not only did they go out of their way to inspect our camp in the middle of nowhere but also accommodated us on an off day since we were coming from so far. I would highly recommend their services!

We hired Christine and John to inspect a single family home in Lake Luzerne, NY. They gave phenomenal end to end service, from responding promptly to call and emails, to coordinating the inspection date, being timely, being very thorough in the inspection process, and getting us our home report via e-mail promptly. Christine explained anything she may have found in detail, which also was illustrated in the inspection report. They were both a pleasure to work with and provided top notch service. We are VERY happy we chose them to inspect this home!

These guys are GREAT!!! So helpful, informative and supportive. Christine is in charge, she has an eye for things that most people dont. I love how well she explains her findings. Her Husband is so great with the exterior and electrical. They are a thorough and WunderFUL couple to have inspect your home!! Honestly we asked them to inspect two homes and they did wonderful jobs at both homes. They are great with pricing depending on your need, time of year, and distance. Make sure to speak with them, be honest and work with them. They are really professional and dont mind if you walk around and love
