I love living at Seta Apartments. The staff is great, neighbors aren’t loud, nice amenities, and good location. BUT, they have a roach problem. I have never had roaches in the 4 years of living in San Diego until now. It’s actually very sad because I’d love to continue living here, but the roach problem just won’t go away, even after I got my apartment sprayed. The kitchen counters have open gaps, they didn’t seal the bottom, so the roaches live under my countertops. They also live in the cracks between my dishwasher and sink. I see them everywhere throughout my apartment, and it’s

Was treated this morning by maintenance Hispanic was so nice to my wife and I we just came from the holidays to visit my daughter and her family and this man was nice enough to walk us old folks to the apartment. Wanted to thank him for his politeness and patience’s with us.. very positive friendly community..

I have lived at Seta for almost two years now. I moved in when Seta was fairly new so about 6 months since opening.
I live in a 2 bedroom and my roommate and I have a giant island, stainless steel appliances, a balcony that we don't use as much as we should because it's huge, and plenty of storage space. I also have a ceiling fan in my room which is great for the hot summer days. The bathrooms are absolutely massive and their is plenty of counter space for all your products. The apartment is very spacious and great for hosting friends especially in our case on football Sundays!

Great apartments with really nice appliances. Unfortunately the floors are not well built (or soundproof). So hearing what your neighbors are doing/saying/fighting about is inevitable. Beware of complainers... They are plenty!

When applying for an apartment they have no problem instantly taking your money from your account. If your application is denied, hopefully you don't need to put down another deposit somewhere else anytime soon. They also have no problem dragging their feet to give you your deposit back. "You know how banks are." Is the response I got. Funny most other places only take their time when it suits them. I wonder how many deposits they collect and sit on? Easy way to make money...
