My approach integrates mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while simultaneously addressing the deeper roots that contribute to your struggles and patterns. The relationship between client and therapist is vitally important to effective treatment. We will work together collaboratively to help you achieve your goals.
I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to help me get to know you and your area(s) of concern for therapy and to determine whether working together is the best fit for your needs.
