Services
I am a California licensed psychologist (CA Psy 23861) specializing in the treatment of adolescents, adults, and couples. As a researcher, practicing psychologist, and past president of the Sacramento Valley Psychology Association (SVPA), I am dedicated to providing state-of-the art mental healthcare treatment to the greater Sacramento, CA area.
A competent, compassionate individual psychotherapist can significantly improve your chances for success in recovery from depression or anxiety. After an initial needs assessment appointment, I work together with patients to design a custom treatment plan based on the most current research in mental health.
While I work with many patients who receive reimbursement for our work from their insurance companies, I no longer directly bill insurance for patients. Patients are asked to pay for treatment at the time of service and will be given paperwork to submit to their insurance for reimbursement if they choose to do so.
