Most unprofessional, unorganized leasing office ever!! DO NOT rent from here, They will LIE an make up stories straight to your face to not lease you an apartment an then turn around an lease it to someone of their choice within the same hour trust me. The say they have an waiting list four pages long but go by an first come first serve rule which makes no sense to me.. I’ve applied for them three times and the first time they lied an said they never got my faxed letter from my employer so I had to wait till the next day then when I came into the office to turn in my paperwork I was informed

Staff was extremely friendly and always made me feel like family. No issue was too big or small for them to answer. Maintenance even went out their way to get a frog out of my washing machine because of my extreme fear of them. The ladies who worked in the front office were always helpful and professional when I had any interactions with them.

Currently rent here. Don’t understand the low reviews. They’re so nice in the office and maintenance is always here within 2 hours of reporting anything. I don’t see a huge roach problem at all. We get one on here every so often but it’s Florida so it happens. They do have pest control every 3 -4 months come in for prevention. The only reason why it isn’t 4 stars because personally I think the price of the 1 bedroom is a little high. But renters never know who’s going to rent the apartments and who will trash them and who won’t. Anyways nice place to live, generally quiet, friendly
