The installer at Wildcat was courteous and professional. He called ahead to my place of work and I asked if they would take my vehicle to another location rather than repairing the vehicle in the parking lot of my job. They took my car, replaced the windshield in under an hour, and returned my car clean and looking better than they got it.

they did the windshield on my car service was fast friendly and helpful, they did all the work from filing the claim with my insurance company to meeting me in my work parking lot to complete the job ,I had zero stress, what I loved most was getting a follow-up call a few days later to see if I was happy with the work and service

I've been using Wildcat Autoglass since 2017. I used to drive alot and needed a new windshield once a year. Every time they've replaced my windshield they were on time, friendly, and they did an amazing job. I felt like I was driving a new car! Awesome service and great quality. They work with insurance too!

Wildcat Auto Glass was great from start to finish. They online form is easy and simple to fill out. Sam texted me to connect with my insurance carrier. He handle everything efficiently and professionally. We set up the appointment for the very next day. His service team came out on time, were kind and professional, and the work they did was excellent. I will always choose Wildcat if need auto glass repair.

They installed the wrong windshield and it took over 12 weeks to have it fixed. They constantly mislead me with false deadlines and false promises. If you do not want to waste time with subpar work and customer service please go elsewhere. Remember there are other quality shops here in Tucson so don't make the same mistake I did.
