My biggest regret is not finding this place sooner as I'm a handyman and glass is always needed. I called asking about some glass I needed cut. Sam answered all my questions I asked if I can bring in a sample of what I needed, she didn't even hesitate to say "yeah bring it on over, I'll be here". I was greeted by Sam with a great smile a beautiful face amazing customer service and knowledgeable! Deborah the owner works in the office also, extremely nice and chipper. The best part of it was getting my glass the same day with a price that met my budget. This is the place to go for all your glass

The best place ever if you need glass repair, fixed or installs for home, office or auto done... this is the place to go! Great family owned business. They treat you like their own from the time you call on the phone. Waiting room is nice and home feeling . Even when things took a little longer than it should I was always informed of what was going on. Thanks again for all the wonderful service from start to finish. I had recently have moved to Tucson and was in need of a windshield, rock met windshield on the move. I had called around and everyone said a week out except Andy's American Glass. Their response was bring it in. I said now, yes we'll get it done for you today and it was 2 they close at 5. I am extremely Happy with there service. Very professional, kind and helpful. We have used Andy’s many times as our trucks are on the road all over the southwest and our services require a lot of off road driving. I am constantly impressed with the phenomenal service and the speed of the turn around for our vehicles. We always get the trucks back the same day and often with in a couple hours. This keeps the fleet on the road and our technicians seeing the road safely.! I'm very happy to say, I've never been happier. I had my windshield replaced. I felt like family also . The energy was positively by far was just amazing. Debbie And the crew . Took both our vehicles in to have windshields and tint replaced. Staff was so friendly and we love that it is family owned!! Job was done quickly and looked amazing. The tinting was perfect and looked sharp! We will be using Andy's American Glass for ALL our glass and tinting needs!! Thank you to the owners, Andy and Deborah for making our experience top notch. I recently had my windshield replaced at Andy's. The front desk people were very responsive and courteous. I got an appointment within 1 day of my initial call. The windshield install was finished quickly and the work was fine.
The reason for my 3 star rating is the installers lack of attention to detail. When I returned home with my car I realized that my dash, steering wheel and even inside door panels were filthy and spattered with mud from the windshield install process. Andy's American Glass is Absolutely Wonderful!!! The same day I called I was able to go down there, get my front windshield replaced, both of my front side windows, with tint replaced and I was only there an hour and a half they are so quick, efficient, and Absolutely Amazing. Their staff makes you feel right at home and part of their family. I would recommend everyone that needs glass replaced to go see Andy, they do a great job and have great rates!!! They are great! The guy came over to my house to fix the windshield. He replaced the entire windshield. Everything was done with less than an hour. I did have to come back in person to the shop to get parts of the car fit in right. And they cleaned the car for me. The staff was very courteous and the owners are very sweet. I have my two kids with me and they were very kid friendly. Today I was driving down the highway and got a rock chip in my windshield. I called up the owner and she told me to come in right away. I came in for the rock chip and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend

This is my first experience with Andy's. Price was very reasonable. Christina, the service representative was friendly and knowledgeable. They provided a free in-house measurement, even making a template so the glass would fit the tabletop perfectly. Dale delivered the glass today. He was very professional and made sure that the glass set evenly on the table, using plastic tabs between the tabletop and glass. Andy's will definitely be the first place I call for any glass needs.

My wife and I recently moved from Phoenix to Tucson and moved into a house built in 2000. With a house 17 years old, comes some repair work and we were referred to Andy's American Glass from Window Depot. Deborah and Andy's staff took care of me quick and efficiently while I was visiting my uncle in the area.
