I've used Star Glass on multiple occasions. Renee in the office is ALWAYS pleasant, professional, and very helpful! The technician that changed our glass on this last order was very polite and efficient. He even completely vacuumed out the car from all of the shattered glass. They will have my business for life! Wife at some time got a rock to her windshield and 2 weeks ago she went out to garage and found a huge crack. Called insurance company the company they wanted us to use said 2 weeks to get us in. Star had us an appointment that week. Technician came to the house he was kind knowledgeable and efficient. No hassle arrived when he was supposed to and had identification. Will be using them for our future glass needs

What a shame. I have been doing business with this company for many years. Everything from a piece of 8 x 10 picture frame glass to a new windshield in my classic Porsche. I called them last week to have them install a shower door. I was told four things by three different people none of which were true. When asked for a callback from a manager, nothing. This has always been my go to place but sadly no more.

Outstanding service! Had a badly played golf ball destroy a 6'x6' picture window in my house. National Glass rep came out within a couple hours to assess the situation and provide a quote to replace the window. He then arranged for a crew to come by later that afternoon to board up the opening. They showed up as promised and did an excellent job of securing the house. Given the large size and type of window (i.e., double-pane tempered glass), the replacement had to be special ordered. They estimated it would take 7-10 working days but it arrived in less than half that time ... and

The seal at the top of my front windshield came loose on a cross-country trip to Tucson. I showed up on a Saturday morning, 30 minutes before they officially opened, but people were already there. A guy immediately came out to take a look at my car. A second guy had it cleaned up and re-glued in < 30 minutes.

We had solar screens made for our house in Green Valley, Screen is loose in the frame, They made 1 frame wrong and then chopped it to fit, jagged edges in the corners, Asked to have the wheels on the sliding door replaced, they squirted WD 40 or silicone spray and never replaced the wheels, still sticks. Just below average work and service.

Very fair prices and excellent service. I ordered glass for framing pictures. When I arrived it was already cut and well packed. Best of all, they had seamed the glass (removing sharp edges and corners) which I normally do at home. Most places that I have bought glass from either don't know what seaming is, don't have the equipment, or charge extra.
They are now my "go-to" glass shop.

These people are top notch! The gentleman that replaced our windshield made sure everything was done correctly. The new windshield was spotless and beautiful! Our other truck will be going here for it's new windshield! (Darn rocks)! 😫 We would trust this business for all of our glass needs!

A wonderful business with kind, caring, and dedicated staff! They fixed my windshield in 10 minutes and everything was free of charge. I'm not sure what I did to deserve such an act of kindness but it is greatly appreciated!! I will certainly be back if I have auto glass needs and I'll be referring all of my friends as well. My experience with this glass company was professional. The negotiated price and terms were delivered as promised. Debra was a great help in getting a new windshield installed in my Toyota truck. She is knowledgeable and proved to show excellent customer service skills. I called the # on the sign at grant and stone as I drove by. They came to the truck, and installed it on site, I am very happy with the services and windshield I received from national auto glass and would recommend them based on the business transaction they provided to me. On time at the quoted price as we agreed!

This place was amazing! I called on a Thursday, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. They scheduled to send someone out to my workplace after a quote (the price on my windshield was very good, without insurance). At 9 AM I got a call that the workers had arrived. I went out and signed the paperwork, and they worked on my car. By 10 AM they were done, and I paid the rest of the bill over the phone.
