The family room was perfect for us with the kids with a large table. And the restaurant delivered really good dinner with room service. The location is great and the Inn Very cute. The whole town of La Conner is very cute.
My only lower score is in Eco friendliness. Despite being next door to the restaurant they did not use regular dishes but plastic containers. And almost everything in the breakfast was single use plastics wrapped in plastic films. I think at least cutlery could be reusable in the future.

Unfriendly staff on phone and in person at check in and at check out. I specified in writing when I booked online and again at check in that I was a senior for the senior account. At check out I was charged full price. Again I stated I was a senior but was told because I did not advise them before hand in writing or at check in that they could not give me the senior discount. We were a party of two and there was only one coffee packet in the room. There is no microwave. The room was uninviting and a wall was connected to the restaurant where we heard laughing and heavy socializing until after 11

It's a very spacious and cozy-looking room and it is kept extremely clean. Very pleased with the experience overall. My only real complaint is that there wasn't a microwave for cooking simple foods in the room itself and it made it a lot more difficult to find a "casual" meal during my stay. But again, that's my only complaint. Otherwise I highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and booked a room several weeks in advance. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, we had to bring our dog. As we checked in, my wife inquired as to whether there were any pet friendly rooms. Answer of no would have been sufficient but due to some unannounced policy, my dog couldn’t even sleep in my car, even if it was off property. So, the mere asking of a pet friendly room ended up in the hotel denying us our reserved room at 1130 at night and telling us that we might be able to get a refund as we had prepaid, keyword being might. All hotels in a 40 mile

I have to say I was disappointed. No housekeeping even after I asked. Informed I could empty my own trash into outside can.
Wow.
Had to ask for clean towels and handed a big pile to take to my room..not delivered to my room?!
Informed front desk that cable didn't work and told to come get a DVD. I replied there is no dvd player in our room.
Tried to get room service but no room service on Tuesday or Wednesdays.
Then after all this is was charged another 25 a day for my daughter but wasn't informed of this extra charge when making reservation.
Asked to speak to a manager and told she's hours

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights (july2021) and we had an amazing experience. Very large room with tall ceilings, extremely clean and had a small, but lovely continental breakfast. Place is very close to restaurants, shops, the river, and so many places for photo ops! Also free parking behind the inn.

What a charming, comfortable, welcoming room in a beautiful inn! We brought our dog and stayed in a room on the main level. It was very spacious, and I especially loved the fireplace. But when we turned on the fireplace the smell of gas was strong enough to scare us and we turned it off for the rest of our stay.
The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. It was quiet.. I felt at home.
The breakfast in the morning offered plenty of choices and hot coffee. When I went back for more after they had cleaned it up, the woman graciously and happily retrieved the breakfast items I wanted, even
