We stopped in yesterday for Breakfast … one of our favorite places for breakfast in Anacortes. It was the best breakfast we have ever had at the Majestic. Every one of our meals was yummy. Pancakes, biscuits & gravy, vegetarian & best of all classic eggs Benedict.

First off, the lobby staff is some of the most pleasant staff I have ever experienced. Extremely helpful, polite, and they genuinely want you to have a great stay. Also, I must shout out to the look of the hotel lobby. It is warm, inviting, they have unique art on the walls, and an old timey telephone. It made my day! Our room is in the historic building, and it's huge! I feel like it's the size of a small apartment. Not like some hotels where there is just enough space to walk around the bed. Just looking at the architecture you can feel the sense of history. It feels historic and old, but is

Been to the Rooftop this summer. Rooftop refused to take our gift card so even though we weren't happy about it, decided to go back and use it at the Bistro. Food had to be sent back and ended up ordering something completely different. Service folks are nice and tried to make it right. Needless to say, we will not be returning. There are far too many good places to eat and drink in town. Unfortunately, this place isn't one of them.

Eggs Benedict was pure perfection! Perfectly poached eggs, amazing hollandaise, thick juicy ham. This is my favorite breakfast dish and the 5th Street Bistro chef has mastered it!

Without a doubt the finest Wagyu burger ever! The fries were top notch as well. My wife had the truffle Mac and cheese and honestly, every single bite we were making giddy little noises. Fantastic wines BTW but this food was so amazing I could barely drink.

5th Street Bistro treated us well. I had the Beef Bourguignon and my wife had the burger. We thought the overall experience very nice. Bec was our waitress; friendly and provided good service. Chefs: Bo, Jared and Don knew what they were doing. The Ginger Spice cake with pumpkin ice cream was a good finish. Pleasant surroundings.

The place is really nice looking. I was hungry after a long day of traveling, saw great reviews and decided to try.

I was greeted okay by my waitress Stacia. I sat down, ordered a drink. Got the drink fast & I was impressed.

Order time: I ordered the salmon & brussel sprouts w/purée. BUT I stated specifically "I do not want the horseradish on the Brussels sprouts" and she said "oh it has no horseradish" I said "okay, no onions please".

She leaves...... time passes & I finally get my food to dig into the tasty looking brussel sprouts to find it is

Came in from a long drive for a wedding the next day.

What an amazing surprise!!

Bobi Jo was wonderful and what Jeremiah and Joe created and presented were incredible!

Sweet Potato Bisque, Scallops, Mussels, Caesar Salad and Rib Steak with bone-in.

The Wine List was good and the specialty cocktails were creative.

The atmosphere was warm and light but these folks made it a dining experience to be remembered

We have been to 5th street bistro on several occasions and potentially has ranged in food quality depending on the chef. That being said the chef in place now has us coming once if not twice a week! The eggs Benedict is our go to for breakfast and we have not been disappointed! We live in Anacortes and would make a drive to Seattle when we wanted great bennies but thanks majestic for saving us a drive! Finally right in our own town, love love love
We will come back to taste the dinner menu soon!

Decent happy hour- we got the fries and calamari and I had a couple of Naughty Schoolgirl cocktails off of the HH menu. The martini was surprisingly delicious- definite blackberry flavor, although I didn't see that in the ingredient description. Fries portion was very large. Food prices weren't that heavily discounted, but my drinks were only $7.50. We went during their earlier happy hour that ends at 6:30 and there was only one other table with people, so pretty dead- guessing the later HH is busier. Not a place I would go for dinner based on the limited choices/prices, but would

Again, 5 stars! No doubt one of the best places in Anacortes.

My wife and I spent a wonderful evening at the Majestic Inn the weekend AFTER Valentine's Day weekend. (Yeah, we either celebrate early or late, never on the actual day, since crowds are ridiculous and service is strained everywhere.)

We had dinner at the 5th Street Bistro. As I've written before, it was awesome! Everything was excellent. We shared an order of the garlic fries, which were the perfect balance of flavors. Not like some places where they just dump garlic all over the fries at the end. My wife commented that

I came here on a Fall Saturday afternoon with a group of friends. The Bistro/Pub was closed until 4 (we arrived at 3:30) but they served us anyway. The staff was cheerful and friendly.

The Bistro has two locations, one on the main floor of the historic Majestic building and one on the top of the newer building just north of the Majestic. We'd hoped to sit outside at the rooftop Bistro, but with temps around 50 and a cool breeze blowing, we thought better of it. In spite of lots of heaters and a very cool table fire feature.

We all enjoyed clam chowder (with real clam shells for proof
