Great meeting you! I started consulting because of my passion for school nutrition, and unique combination of expertise in nutrition, food service, culinary, and sustainability. I have a B.S. in Food Science from Clemson University, and began my career as a Food Service Director in schools. My supplemental roles included Regional Food Production Specialist, Northeast Region's Registered Dietitian, and National Menu Developer.
School nutrition experts are the missing link connecting food service operations, student health, and academic success. Stephanie thoroughly understands how to navigate the regulatory landscape to produce quality food. She can promote your food service program and help present educational information to Boards of Education, Parent-Teacher Organizations, and Wellness Committees.
