Private Lessons - One-on-one yoga lessons are customized to meet the specific needs and desires of the student. Services
Ayurveda is the traditional Vedic science of health. Ayurveda is the oldest and most scientific forms of holistic healing; encouraging appropriate diet and regimen for each individual person according to time, place, and circumstance. The goal of Ayurveda is to achieve balance (sama). There are three doshas (or combinations of elements) that constitute each individual; namely air (vata), fire (pitta), and earth (kapha).

I’ve come to learn that as you get older, your body wants to stiffen. Since I have been going to Root and Branch Yoga, my body has gotten stronger and not so stiff. The instructor Claudia, is very knowledgeable to the basics and advanced poses of Yoga. I try to go as often as I can, I feel so much better!
