Originally from Lockhart, TX, Shawn Hinckley served in the U.S. Army as an equipment mechanic and then later specialized in heavy equipment. With this experience he later moved towards construction and has been providing residential and commercial construction services in the Austin area for the last 20 years.
Shawn was introduced into construction with residential remodeling, framing, trim carpentry and installing and finishing hardwood floors. His experience and expertise has expanded to include new and remodeled residential and light commercial projects. Hinckley has had a diverse experience with commercial projects include: restaurants, offices, warehouses and tenant finish out.

Hinckley Construction is a Licensed General Contractor that provides building and construction services for the greater Austin area. With beginnings in the home builder and remodeling market, Hinckley Construction has now expanded its provided services into both residential and small commercial projects.
Over more than a decade, Hinckley Construction has provided construction services to both our clients, as well as to us on our own office remodel and expansion. In all of our interactions with them, Hinckley has provided quality construction work, good project management and communications, and has been very cost effective.

Not sure I could recommend Shawn more. We used him for a small project on a commercial build out and were so impressed with how knowledgeable and professional he was that we ended up using Hinckley on the rest of our build out and will be using them for our next project. Rare to still find this level of craftsmanship and quality.
