This place is horrible!! Please look else where, the staff member and office manager are rude and disrespectful, I questioned an insurance code and the office manager was extremely rude afterwards .The doctor is much older now than what you see pictures of online and most of the woman on their website don't even work their anymore. Extremely long wait

If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting an hour and a half in the room, The doctor walked in with a team of young interns and was so rude to one of them, he pretended he wanted to ring her neck. He then told me that the medication I needed for my rosacea would not be covered by my insurance because I am over 30 and that it was too expensive without it. He just assumed I could not afford it or would not be willing to invest in my skin. He also told me that I had two “skin barnacles” on my face. I have called numerous times. I have filled out and sent a message to Dr.Jean online. I have left voicemails just to hear or get nothing in return. I have been recommended by multiple people as even stated in the voicemail. I don’t see how if they can’t even return a phone call. As far as that message Dr.Jean online so they can reach you, should be taken off since y’all aren’t following through. I’m highly disappointed.

Staff and doctor are really nice and professional. Waste of time. Even though I told doctor I have tried many many over the counter under eye creams he still told me to try another. He said when I come back in a month he will re-evaluate. His assistant later told me that if they start off with prescription if that does not work they have no where to go from there. That if I try over the counter they can always go to prescription. When I called to cancel follow up appointment I wasn't asked why or if I wanted to reschedule. I will be trying a different doctor.
