Dr. Ana Sauceda is an incredible physician and human being. She has taken care of me and my wife and kids. She is a compassionate/caring physician who can relate easily to adults and kids. She is attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm very grateful for the help she has provided my family over the years. When anyone is looking for a dermatologist, I send them to Dr. Sauceda.

Rude and not helpful. Should didn’t even bother to show concern for my face .got charged even though I got no help not even encoding words. God doesn’t like ugly. Count your blessings because the way you treat people will catch up to you.

First visit she spent 1 minute and relied on NP for care, instructions, medication prescribed after her diagnosis. Wow never had a doctor visit so fast.

Dr. Sauceda is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I have always had pleasant interactions with her and her staff.

I was not satisfied with my billing experience at Alamo City Dermatology. When I had an appointment in May, I completed my intake form and made it clear that I would be paying out of pocket. When I settled my bill at the end of my appointment, Dr. Sauceda gave me discount for private pay. A month later, I received a letter from a previous insurer with a bill for that appointment in May. I haven't had insurance with that company since 2019 and it was not on my intake form.
I called Alamo City Dermatology to understand what happened. At first, the billing agent said that I owed money since the insurer

This doctor may or may not be good, but I'll never know! Not happy with the way they do their appointments. Booked online, confirmed and then called 2 days later to rescheduled due to appointment given out. I know I'm a new patient, but I have an emergency and they couldn't work me in until 41 days later. I wasn't even asked what the problem was. This was not acceptable. I called another reputable dermatologist office and they were able to work me in the next day. Then they asked me what's going on and when I told them, they said we will get you in today and I politely said, tomorrow works.

Absolutely not recommend this Dr. It was so embarrassing the last visit with her when she decided not appear. She sent to her assistant to gave me the full appointment. She always running out of time and never give the appropriate time to her patient. Even more, she never gave me a solution to my problem.

Dr. Ana T. Sauceda is great! I love her services and she makes you feel like the most important patient.... and the office staff and medical assistants are very nice and friendly, but professional. I would recommend her services to all my friends and family!
