I loved the whole process; he gave me a call a day after we first talked to confirm what we went over(my car model and stuff), he gave me a call a day before my appointment to reconfirm the schedule, and he showed up 5 mins before the appointment. You don't see too many 5 star reviews here, this one is warranted. I caught a stone to the center of my windshield while driving back from Huntington Beach last weekend. I called several places for quotes and they were all around the same price. I made on last call to Sam, for the hell of it. Not only was his price 30% less than his competitors, he showed up to my house within the hour and had the window changed out in about 45 minutes.

I called several windshield replacement shops and these guys answered the phone right away, gave the best price, and also we're available. I came in and got my new Jeep windshield installed right away, and they did it in like 30 minutes. Thanks so much to Sam and the other staff for their great work and great customer service. Will definitely come back here if I need to, and refer everyone I know to My Auto Glass.

I needed one window replaced and was worried they wouldn't be able to help me since it was a Sunday night. I asked for an estimate and had an appointment for the next day in under an hour! Super fast and convenient, which is needed during stressful times when your car is missing a window. Would definitely recommend, staff were very nice and finished replacing my window in less than an hour.

Scheduled my appointment on a Sunday and less than 24 hours later, my window was replaced. They responded quick and I was in an out in less than an hour. These folks have impeccable customer service and took care of me from the jump. I hope not to use this type of service any times soon, but if I do, I know I can come here for sure.

My Jeep windshield definitely needed to be replaced. I refused to make time for it for the longest but with a baby on the way I figured I should get it done. Sam at My Auto Glass made the process so easy. I was able to get a quote the same day and scheduled my appointment as soon as possible. The customer service was great and the repair was fast. My Auto Glass was quick, efficient, and the best price around. I asked for quotes on Yelp yesterday to replace my windshield, they were the first to respond and quoted me $100+ less than all of their competitors. At first I thought it was too good to be true, but after looking at reviews I decided to go with them, and I'm so glad I did. I got the time I wanted for my appointment, and I was in and out in 30 minutes flat. They even covered up a paint chip that had been forming on the side of my windshield! The little waiting room is very nice, and I was very happy with my experience!

Highly recommend this shop for repairing and replacing auto glass.
We had a broken window at the back row passenger right, possibly by bb gun. As a result, we couldn't even drive on highway.
However, thanks to Sam, even we are a bit late for the appointment, we were able to get our car window fixed within 40 minutes.( we were in schedule yesterday and the glass was ordered yesterday)

Called Sam in the morning and because I was able to get there by noon I had a new replacement passenger window installed by 1. The three guys I came in contact with were all very polite and friendly! Great experience and a very fair price. I called Safelite first and they were more than twice the price. I would feel great referring them to anyone. Thank you Sam!

A rock hit my windshield and cracked it, with a 20 inch line across.
Sam and his guys were able to fit me in quickly and around my busy schedule. He was also able to order my part quickly! He was responsive and communicative, and they were all so friendly and honest. I was able to replace my windshield for HALF the cost of most places. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend them.

Quick, easy and responsive service! Great value and customer service! My driver side window was broken into early morning before work and I needed to find a window repair place ASAP. My auto glass addressed the window repair and fixed it within two hours of the incident. I was able to pick it up after work and the car was vacuumed out completely with the receipt on my dash for minimal contact during covid. Would highly recommend this place!

I had my windshield replaced with them. The glass replacement itself was fine. But when taking out my old windshield the worker cracked my center vent bezel. He made no mention of it until I pointed out to him in the end. He blamed it on weather making the plastic to crack too easily. He refused to get me a replacement part but offered me 20 bucks off. Afterwards I searched online
Even the eBay used version will cost about 200 bucks. Sheesh!!! Any minor saving I had with them more than wiped out with this major crack.

Let's not talk about what happened to my car... lol BUT what's more important was that during the mist of my almost panic attack I remembered that Sam had fixed my windshield 2 years ago & that I still had his number.
I texted him around 8:30pm thinking he would get back to me in the morning, but he texted me back right away letting me know that he can help me with this in the morning and to bring my car in. He ordered my parts and it was done within 2 hours in the morning.
Super thankful for his customer service!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond impressed with the quality and service provided by Sam!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that he got the job done right! I had the unfortunate luck of getting my windshield replaced previously by some second rate glass repair shop who installed the wrong glass. Sam literally had to spend a hour cleaning glue out of my rear view mirror. It was a disaster and Sam didn't even charge me anything extra! Don't waste your time looking at other glass repair shops, this is the one!!!! Customer for life.

I decided to get a windshield replacement with them because 1. Sam was very quick to response to my messages, 2. they are the only one that gave me 2 different options for the replacement, 3. their service comes with lifetime warranty for installation defect, and 4. it was very reasonably priced. I was almost skeptical when they gave me a quote. However, Eddie did such an awesome job just in 45 min! I did enjoy watching him replace the windshield on my Mazda because he did it so efficiently and smoothly. Highly recommended.

I would 100% recommend My Auto Glass to anyone. Where other auto glass companies had me waiting 3+ days, My Auto Glass was there to replace my window ASAP. The best part is that they accepted my insurance and I only had to pay the deductible. Sam did a great job vacuuming and installing my window in a very reasonable amount of time.
