I have lived here about 6 months and I love it here!! The entire staff is great! The apartments have huge windows and nice decks as well! I have never had any problems with pests either!! I just signed for another year and excited to see what the future brings here!! If you’re thinking about leasing here you definitely should!!

The front desk staff and the maintenance staff are outstanding. The building is clean and maintained well. The food truck days are great and the amenities are awesome.
The elevators go out of service at times and it can be irritating but overall I've had a lovely experience living here.
My problem is that we are forced to use Fetch Package delivery service while living here. The package service is horrible and not responsive and they lost my very expensive package.
If these property managers force you to use fetch, don't sign a lease! It's not worth the hassle.

Great Management and maintenance teams! The property is close to all you need and more. I had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances, otherwise I would’ve stayed for years to come. I am planning on coming back when the time is right. Thank you Jason for the great service i received from you and your team.

I wouldn't live here again if it was free, I wouldn't live here even if they paid me. Don't rent sight unseen. Don't move in if you want to sleep through the night - the walls and ceiling are paper thin and management does little more than tell you to call the cops when a neighbor repeatedly blasts music at 2am.

I lived here for a little over two years and the best part about it was the location and concierge staff. Everything else left a lot to be desired. For starters the entire complex has to either be on cooling or heating so they switch it in late spring and late fall. I found that very frustrating especially when it would start getting warm around late March and we wouldn’t switch to cooling until late May.

So many ups and downs living in this apt but what makes you want to stay is the staff!! The management, concierge, maintenance, and convenience store staff are ALL so kind and hard working. It’s an old building so you will run into plenty of issues but the staff is quick to fix them and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff since I’ve lived here for a year now. Also the rooftop pool and gym are top notch!! Free coffee is awesome too. Thanks for your hard work y’all! 🙏

Overall my experience has been very good! All of the staff I have interacted with have been extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful on a daily basis and have gone out of their way to help out with whatever they could. The unit itself was also surprisingly well kept and outfitted, and it has been a pleasant place to live for the past several months. My only complaint would be the delay in fixing a couple small things, such as blinds that were broken already at move-in. This hasn't detracted from the overall experience, however, and I am very pleased to live here!

I really like living here. Great location and the staff are super nice and helpful, especially Katrina. I recently had an issue with my water pipes and Katrina was extremely proactive in getting me immediate help. She ensured that a service technician conduct an inspection immediately and coordinated for contractors to patch up the wall. I appreciate the expediated service.

I have looked around the neighborhood in all the new buildings, but came to the conclusion that this is the best place in Pentagon City to live in. Love the location and large windows. Service is good and the best part is having the concierge manager Katrina there. She brightens the day with her warm welcome and is always ready to help. Katrina really goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home.
