What an amazing building!!! Exceeded my expectations so far. Amber and the rest of the team managing this building are extremely professional and ready to help anytime we need something, they are also so kind and pleasant to deal with. And the VIEWS !!!! Everywhere you look, you see water, makes you want to go back to your building and just relax while looking at the ocean.
I still didn’t try most of the amenities available, but so far, everything I touched has been amazing.

Very disappointing and unprofessional service from the office! I made an appointment in advance to see apartments for rent. Although I arrived at the appointed time, no one from the office was available to show me the apartments and I had to wait for about 20 minutes(!!!).
As soon as someone came to show me the apartments, she stated that she could not show me apartments without taking an ID card to the office, even though I was not asked to bring it in advance at any stage.
Finally, when I asked about the prices (without seeing any apartment), I was told that the price is about $2700 a month

Living at the Beach House has been simply amazing for the following reasons: The location, the amenities and particularly the staff. Amber and Candy have been super accommodating since I moved in, along with Karissa who facilitated the move in process. As I am currently looking to buy property in the area, I’m finding it nearly impossible to find anything comparable to what the Beach House has to offer.

The building is beautifully designed with very helpful pandemic ready amenities IMO. The gym has stayed open for the majority of time while some buildings will simply shut down entirely for months. The coffee machine wakes me up for all of my 9am zoom meetings (dreadful scheduling) and I have come to peace that my life during a pandemic was impacted softly because there are: nice neighbors, still open amenities, a beach outside with one of the nicest winters ever, a property management team that waves hi to me and will put an irresponsible tenant in their place when they are forgetful of other

There are many great things about this place and it does not have to do with the amazing view, the facilities or anything of the Infrastructure ... is the maintenance team Miguel, Carlos and the others, they're quick, they're friendly and the office team, starting with Noelle 2018, Jerry 2019 and Candyda 2020 with Karissa they are amazing. Candyda always have a smile and able to help whenever possible and answer anything you need. WinnResidential should be very proud of the management staff. Thank you!

I worked with Candy from the Beach House. She was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The moving process is stressful, but she made my move extremely easy. I am very grateful for all the help and that she made herself so available to us for our one million questions we had during this time.

Just moved in last week and couldn't be happier with my choice. The staff and management team has been awesome through the process and Jerry who deals with leasing was a rockstar getting everything set up in a short window of time. Would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking to be near the ocean. Great views and amenities
