I have had nothing short of a stellar experience here! Dr Simkin is so personable and nice. He carefully explained my vision issues and although I went with a prescription, he never pushed it on me. I'm still actively working with them to get things perfect, since this is my first time wearing glasses and I'm still trying to figure out the best course of action. Victoria is also a gem. She's so nice to work with and always remembers my name. She helped me pick my frames, too. I love the location of the office as well. It's always fun to window shop all the boutiques as I walk

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! After a terrible experience with a different eye doctor a year ago, I was apprehensive to go for an eye exam this year. I'm so glad this place was referred to me! Dr. Simkin was patient and knowledgeable + the entire staff was so kind. My new contact prescription is perfect and they even helped me pick out a new pair of glasses (they had lots of designer styles to choose from). So relieved to have FINALLY found a great eye doctor in South Florida!

I had read good things about this optical unfortunately i did not get to experience this. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago for my children and i and was supposed to get a call back from their staff to confirm that my insurance was active. A week passed by and i did not get any call, when i called to confirm my appointment first they had all my info incorrect 2. My insurance could not be found by them and after struggling to get them to understand that my insurance was fine for half an hour, i get a call back saying they found me in the system but that my children did not have an appointment

This office was a pure joy. From the time I walked in I felt welcomed as a new customer. Tiana greeted me and along with the rest of the team, they made me comfortable and were exceptional. They took me on as last-minute appointment, as they had a cancellation, and gratefully called me back to book me.

Used to love this place. Excellent doctor. However we drive over an hour and there was traffic we were less then 15 mins late so I called out of courtesy and was told I should reschedule. All with a teenager and 1 year old in tow not to mention..it is completely unacceptable to treat your clients this way. You lost two customers today due to this. Learn to be a bit more accommodating and courteous. I have NEVER experienced this kind of service ever. The customer is always right!

I can not say enough good things about eyes on the island. They are wonderful. Every person there is so nice and helpful. I have been going to them since I moved to the island 4 years ago and have recommended them to several friends. It's rare that you find a practice where the doctor and the entire staff are so thoughtful and conscientious.

On a Saturday in early January, I was on vacation in the Palm Beach area and one of the nose pieces popped off my Silhouette glasses and disappeared. It was my own fault. This was not the first time it happened but I was always able to find the piece and stick it back on, so I didn't bother to attend to this additional task before taking the trip from New York. So, I was in the soup (the piece wasn't, or if it was, maybe I ate it) and had to find a place to do the repair. Another optical shop told me that they didn't have the part, only a few places carry the Silhouette line,

Eyes on the Island is the best optical store. We found out my 3 year old needed glasses and had no clue where to go. Most places don't cater to young children and are not very helpful. We got a recommendation to go to Eyes on the Island and we are beyond happy with their service. Ben was so amazing with my daughter. He ordered 7 different lenses for us to try to make sure we got the right fit and look. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the right frames. They cut the lenses on site so once we picked out frames we walked out with the glasses that same day. We cannot thank you enough

A wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the brands they carry and take as much time as you need to find the glasses that will make you happiest. The optometrist was very thorough and my prescription is the best is ever been! Picked up my beautiful new Oliver Peoples glasses today and I'm nothing but delighted :)
