Life's path is seldom straight. You move forward, then back, then side-to-side and somehow, forward again. For us, it all started in Chicago and Indianapolis, when hours of getting to know one another turned into years. There was a shy glass of Provencal rose, which led to a serious Grand Cru from Burgundy, that then took us to an opulent line-up of wines from Booker Vineyard.
And that was all in 2015! When we found ourselves in Paso Robles at the end of that year, we looked at each other and said, "Now that's what's up." No matter what came before, or how it all unfolded, it was momentous. There can be a million reasons to not do something, but in the end, there only needs to be one powerful reason to move forward.

Have you ever walked into a winery tasting room and felt like you were VIP? Well, then book an appointment with Copia Vineyard today because that is how they make you feel like a celebrity. First of all, the place is beautiful, and when you walk in, they start treating you like royalty. Then they take you to your table, where they have printed out a welcome card with your name on it and what you are celebrating. While the owners, Anita & Varinder, introduce themselves to you and start explaining the pairing with the wines, you hear your favorite singer playing in the background. The detailing of

Entering Copia lounge is like visiting the Sahi family at home, the ambiance is warm and inviting and the lounge beautifully appointed. Our tasting experience took us through some brilliant Rhône style wines: a memorable 2016 Pope, and current 2018 releases of The Story, The Cure and The Source: wine that are beautifully structured and show the brilliance of Paso's Willow Creek appellation.

Paso Robles is filled with outstanding wines, and Copia has some of the best! Varinder and Anita have a true affinity for Rhone varietals, and it shows in their excellent wines; I recommend doing the wine and cheese pairing in the lounge; with Anita's background in the restaurant industry, she's done an excellent job pairing just the right delectable cheeses with their wonderful wines.

I cannot say enough about the tasting room at Copia Vineyards. My wife and I went for the first time earlier this month (December). We were simply blown away! The reservation was easy to make for the tasting. When we arrived, Victor greeted us pleasantly. As I looked around I was very impressed with the vibe and decor of the room. We were ready to pull up a stool right there at the wine bar, only to have Victor direct us to a back room that was set up privately just for the two of us. What a spread! Wines, cheeses, waters, other small bites. Our names were printed on colorful paper and hung at

We scheduled our tasting after hearing so many positive reviews about Copia vineyards on Facebook. When we arrived Victor greeted us in the lobby and took us to our table that was professionally set up for our winetasting and food pairing! There was also a very nice personalized sign welcoming us! Victor was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable not only about Copia but the entire Paso experience. The wines are all exceptional Plus you will receive top-notch service! We jumped right into the wine club! Thank you Victor!

Entering Copia Vineyard Tasting Room was like entering the home of friends. The decor and amenities were calming and beautifully arranged.
The Tasting Room is open to the public but the way you are treated felt more like a private tasting. Robert was knowledgeable, engaging and non-pretentious.
The charcuterie plate paired with wines was exceptional! It delighted our senses to see how the wines tasted when paired with the selection on the plate.
The wines, the ambiance and the great experience with Robert & Sarah specifically were reasons we decided to become members. Thank you for a magical

We went to the actual winery...so here’s my review
WOW!!! I am not sure what to say about this winery....it surpassed all expectations. My fiancé and I decided to visit because he loves wine from the Paso Robles region. I am new to wine, and didn’t have many expectations. Anita is clearly very educated in her craft, and has dedicated a great amount of work and resources into creating this winery. Although Anita is highly educated about wine- she made for the most unpretentious, fun, and educational visit. She put us at ease, and was able to gauge our level of “wine knowledge” and go from
