I have lived here for almost a year now and I waited to write my review so that I would know what I was talking about! When I was looking for a place I saw negative reviews here particularly for management but I paid attention to the wording.. what I heard was that 1)Your car will be towed if you park in someone's assigned spot 2)The property performs regular maintenance which some people find intrusive (thank God!) 3)Children are welcome at the complex and sometimes given priority over cranky adults who should probably be living in a house instead of an apartment. After living here I can tell

This is my first ever apartment complex and I have to say it's the best one I've chosen. The staff is very kind and Krista in the front office is one of the most understanding and kindest people you'll ever speak to. The maintenance is always on top of everything and overall living here has been an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend living here!

We have really enjoyed living at Capitol Heights. It's literally minutes from everywhere I need to go. The office manager and grounds keepers are friendly and promptly reply to any question or need. All repairs are completed quickly and completely. This year alone the buildings have been power washed, car port roofs cleaned off, chimney & dryer vents cleaned, outside doors painted. Feels good to be living in a place that is well maintained.

Capitol Heights has been a great place to live. I was there 5 years, and would still be there if my house wasn't ready to move in to. The entire staff is wonderful and very attentive to any needs you might have. The grounds are always clean and landscaped. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Its a safe and great community.

Stephen and Eric are amazing! If it wasn’t for these two this place would be lost. Stephen is not just the maintenance director, he wears all the hats here! He is the reason the property always looks amazing, the reason any projects get completed, and he and Eric are always so respectful and willing to lend a hand aground the property. Capital Heights is a great place to live because of them.

Capital heights has good management that responded to issues within 24 hours, usually less and there is always parking for you and your other cars. The walls can be a little thin but it's an apartment. The apartments are good price for the size. It also is in a really good location to the freeway and the area doesn't have bad traffic. I would recommend them

I have lived at this apartment for the last year and I have absolutely loved it. I got lucky with having great neighbors as well. The children rate their pool and spa experience a 5 star as well as the playground. Anytime something needed fixed in the apartment whether it was a headlamp bulb replacement or just something needed checked out maintenance was there within hours. Unfortunately I wont be living here much longer due to buying our first home I would recommend living here over any other apartment complex.
